Complete rip-off. My radiator hose had failed and needed replacing. 270 was the price I paid for a 30 dollar hose and coolant. After the installation, the front-end guy tells me that the mechanics found that my radiator was cracked and needed to be replaced. I asked for them to show me because I did not believe him one bit. For 30 minutes they tried to convince me of the issue yet could not show me a crack. They told me for them to take out the radiator to locate the crack I HAD to buy a new radiator. I refused of course, took the car to an independent mechanic and he assured me that the radiator was not cracked. LIARS AND CHEATS!!! I will never come here again.

I got very timely service w getting a tow on a Sunday night which was a blessing but the service center is the biggest rip off ever! My alternator went and I was given a quote of $689. They told me my belt was broken as well. Had a flat bed pick it right up and bring it else where. Was told my belt was brand new. And paid $400 less then what they wanted!

Just had oil change on my Roadtrek. With coupon $19.99 plus tax! Checked everything on my vehicle as I sat by the window watching. Everything was clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. Why take it anywhere else unless under warranty! Good job AAA!

TIP : Double check your bill before you leave. Twice now we were double charged for fees. This time we were charged fees for 2 tires when only 1 tire was needed after a flat. The total overage was 36 dollars - which is being refunded to us.

Did not know they offered so many car services here with other travel AAA services. Place is clean, line is short. We were able to get out changing the battery 1-2-3. Warranty on the battery is excellent.

Friendly service. Nice spaceous clean waiting area. Price for an oil change is reasonable. Good that you can make an appointment, but it does take an hour to complete an oil change and free tire rotation.
