Purchasing a home is one of the most stressful experiences, but working with Jen, Denise, and Corry at Park Avenue Title Agency made the experience so much easier for me. I started with one mortgage lender, but the appraisal came in too low so I had to switch banks mid-process. Park Avenue Title helped me through the transition and worked with the new bank to make sure everything was in order for settlement. Despite having to start the mortgage process over with a new bank, with Park Avenue Title’s help I was still able to close on my home on the originally scheduled settlement date! Any time I had a question, which was often, Park Avenue Title was always responsive and I would have an answer the same day. And when I had follow up questions weeks after closing, Park Avenue Title continued to treat me with the same attentiveness and courtesy as during the process. It was truly a pleasure to work with Park Avenue Title Agency!

I recently worked with Park Avenue Title Agency for my condo closing. The folks I worked with are all super friendly, efficient, and quick with responses. The president of the agency, Jennifer Cassels, was awesome to work with. She is very personable, organized,and knows her business. I was under a very tight window to close as I was about to leave the country for a couple weeks for my honeymoon. Jen made the closing very convenient by offering to come to meet me near my home or office. Jen was very prepared and walked me through each document clearly and efficiently. When I added my wife to the title several weeks later, Jen took quickly took care of everything and again found a convenient time that worked for me to meet and sign the documentation. Jen and the team at Park Avenue Title Agency go over and above and I would highly recommend them!

My boyfriend and I just bought our first house...needless to say it was a crazy long complicated and more times than either of us wanted it was very difficult. But the highlight of the whole experience was working with Jen and everyone else at Park Ave Title Agency. They were such a pleasure to deal with and so understanding with everything we had to deal with.
