I recently discovered that these people have been stealing $39.95 per month from my account since September 2016, I have no recollection purchasing the services from the company, I did order a one time credit report through Lexington Law another rip off company that steals money but really does nothing. I do not use the account they were drawing from except to pay a bill to that particular entity, an $11 purchase was declined when I had a receipt showing I had $40 plus dollars in the account, I registered online only to find out these people have been taking money, I asked for copies of the contract or tape showing I actually purchased the service, nothing has been provided. I demanded a refund, they agreed to two payments of the $39.95 and $1.00 from the alleged initial payment (seriously) to date I have only been credited one of the $39.95 and the damn $1, does anyone want to join me in filing a class action lawsuit, I bet there are more people like us being victimized. They have now refunded me 4 of the 6 months I requested, but they have not provided me any proof I agreed to any contract. Rip offs

this company is a major scam you can only cancel your subscription by calling and when you tell them you want to cancel it they will keep trying to offer you more stuff, once you do instead of allowing you to continue with the rest of the time you have with the money you payed they will close your account completely out and make you call customer service again. whatever you do do not go with them at all, major scammers. they are not even worth putting a star on. if i had the option i would not even given them one star

Ended up trialing and then cancelling this service. They gave what they advertised, the services do seem of value (I happened to just go with another service) and I ended my trial without a fuss via a call to customer service and had an enjoyable conversation. She did ask me if I would consider specials or more streamlined service (which I would expect after cancelling any trial). Seems like they may have had issues in the past, but the company might be making strides to be a positive service.

Do not give this crooked company your credit card information!!! They will charge you $40.00/month WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION!! Then they refuse to give it back!! VERY, VERY BAD!! Reporting to my Attorney General, Local Police, Better Business Bureau, and of course!!!! DO MY BEST SO THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE!!! I see where they had to pay $21 MILLION DOLLARS BACK FOR DOING THIS EXACT SAME THING!!

NEVER in my life have i called this company for a free trial. Just checked my credit card statement and somehow i am being charged $1 for the "free trial" and have $39.95 pending for the monthly fee. Cancelled my card they marked it as a fraudulent charge and gave me the number to one of the attorneys handling the class action lawsuit. This company is worthless and should be ashamed of themselves.

This company tried to fraud my credit card! A charge came from no where, never heard of them.. how good can a credit company be when they try to rip you off, using credit card fraud????? STEAR CLEAR!!!!
