IN Dept of Revenue should NOT utilize this collection service. They have incorrectly levied my bank account - I made a payment toward my account less than 30 days ago - with the final balance not due for another month to the Dept. of Revenue. Today, I find out that they have placed a levy on my account. No one is answering the phone. I have left 4 voicemail - I have asked the person answering the phone how can I get to someone to help me- all she did was forward me to voicemail. Their online system is glitchy - I have made payments through this system in the past only to find mistakes. It is an absolute mess. When I paid off a balance in the past a few years ago - I requested proof of paid-in-full status and it was never sent. They never mail me receipts or evidence of payment. I am trying to get through and just left a message with the compliance team - although that was just another voice message with Premiere Credit. I am now contacting the Federal Trade Commission. I have absolutely had enough. Beware!

I called a several times and only needed to give my account number. I sent a letter to Premiere Credit and received no response back. I called again and was told I needed to give my date of birth. I told the lady that I had my account number. I was told that she could not talk to me unless I gave her my date of birth. This is for an amount that I paid the company back in 2012. Now 3 years later I am being contacted for the amount that I have already paid. I am now being told I need to provide proof that I made payment. I need to pay the bank money to give me a copy of 4 canceled checks because the company was not doing their job and kept accurate records. I wonder once they find out their mistake will I be reimbursed for the cost of getting a copy of 4 canceled checks from 2012. So now I am being taken through the ringer because of this.

Horrible!! Have been trying to call and pay off tax debt but no one answers. Seriously made back to back calls from open to close for the last 2 days not a single person answered, always sent to an answering machine due to "call volume" yet no messages have been returned. Now a levy has been placed on ALL of my bank accounts and I am not able to provide diapers, food, medications for my children let alone pay rent. YOU TOOK YOUR MONEY I OWED NOW GIVE ME BACK ACCESS TO MINE OR AT LEAST ANSWER YOUR PHONE SO I CAN FIND OUT WHAT I NEED TO DO FOR MY FAMILY TO SURVIVE!! PLEASE!!!

I would give them a negative star but had to give it something to post. They never leave a message when they call. One time i answered there was no one on the line; the second time I answered they started demanding my birth date and social security number without telling me why or who they were. I told them if they were legit they would have some of that information to give me and when I asked for it they hung up. I have know blocked the number.

These sheisty, shady people, went into a charity account set up in my name and took almost $900 for a supposed old debt and NEVER alerted anyone regarding the removal of funds. The funds were never authorized, and it was a CHARITY fund! that has to be illegal somehow. Why not pull money or garnish from a private bank account? Why a charity fund?

Dishonest heavy handed tactics! Legitimately owed a tax bill from my divorce tried to work out payment plan but they lied after seizing and taking one account then never started the payments but just placed a lien and seized the second account taking my mortgage payment (again!) Never give them your bank account information. Send them a check!

I supposedly made an agreement pay 400!now and 400 next month...... they have my back acct on lockdown and I can only wait for them to release my back acct. this is the craziest . I can only assume they are trying to disrupt my credit score...... not professional at all and I know the state of Indiana could do wayyyyy better than this.

Wow, What a mess! Good luck trying to speak with anyone. I have spent more time on hold, and leaving message, than actually speaking with a human. And when you do get a hold of someone, they are mostly rude and unprofessional. What I cant believe is this is the service William D. Ford uses when your loans go into default. SMH!

Horrible customer service,they put a link on our account for taxes,tried to make arrangements with them horrible service an attitude,for someone who works for the irs you really think we would have a lein,for something that has already been paid.They will not return calls due to high call volume they say.

Horrible liars and thieves. No one answers the phone, say money is owed that is not, bills are paid but never updated. This is a perfect example of our government in action. No rules, they just steal with no due process or notification whatsoever.

Spoke to Taylor, who was very nasty!!! Was unaware of this issues as I have not lived in Indy since 2010. Yet she had no answers nor wanted to assist on helping me with any answers. Paid and hope I never have to deal with them again.

Indiana put in a stop order, because they realized they owed me money. But this company refuses to stop collecting. I will be contacting an attorney firm to see how I can retrieve my thousands of dollars they keep illegally taking.
