I have a new car loan account. Today I attempted to call and verify payment had been received from my home bank. I was given numbers and people to converse with however, using the account number, member ID number and social security number my account could not be located. I have a statement, I have a bill but no one can find the account. I still do not know if payment has been received.

Worst credit union i have ever banked with. Charge you 30 dollars to transfer money out of your checking into savings. Also my check goes into my account at 7am and if a bill is due to come out that day the bill will come out before my check get into my account then i get charged 30 dollars for insufficient funds. Wow were they do that at!

Trying to pay my bill over the phone and the teller says you guys charging $10 to process my payment. And the only way I can pay my bill is through a external bank. There was notification about this policy!! So how do I get you guys my payment ???

They are horrible! I was transferred 3 times for a lousy credit increase request on my credit card which at the end they said someone has to call you back! Horrible service since your merger!
