Great bank. Just visit a different location. Hopelessly slow and intensely incompetent. Outstanding service at other locations. I believe this west 11th branch is just managed poorly. Never a sense of urgency. Expect a 30 minute wait for any service need. Minimum. Again, not a problem at other locations. Update: met with a manager. Problem is definitely top down at this location. Scary slow and really confused about what she is doing.

Worst bank experience possible. Went in to create an account 30 mins before closing and they made me wait forever just to agrue with me and not open my account. They are really slow, unprofessional and I will not be returning to open an account.
