Your folks installed my new heat pump today and I just wanted to convey to you how pleased I am. Mike, Cero and Rosando did a great job and were very professional. They showed up right on time, confirmed exactly what I was expecting them to do, and then just did it quickly with minimal disruption. They put down protection on the floor and cleaned up everything. Not only were they professional, but extremely polite and friendly. It was actually a pleasure talking with them as they prepared the unit for start up. Before they left Mike ask me to check that proper air flow was coming from the vents and ran the heat which was warm and comfortable. I really appreciate them taking the time to make sure I was satisfied before they left.

My experience with Fulford is very different. We were disappointed to be billed for a warranty replacement 2 weeks after the installation. This company failed to communicate effectively with us, and as a result we were billed an unexpected $155. We paid the invoice and took the measures they had suggested to be reimbursed, but when those avenues failed and we re-contacted the company to resolve this issue, the representative became insulting in her refusal to make any amends or allowances. If you have to do business with this company just be very careful to make sure you fully understand your responsibilities to seek recompense should something go wrong. Talk to the office, not just the field technician!

My family has been using Fulford HVAC for many years. They have always been punctual, and their employees are very competent. They even recommended ways for us to finance a new unit through BEMC during a remodel. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Most recently, they installed a new heat pump for my 83 year old Grandmother. They installed and serviced her old unit for the last 25 years. I was so impressed with the great deal they provided due to her fixed income. They have a big heart for the members of the community.

The staff in the office and the service technicians has been very friendly, efficient and professional in taking care of our heat/AC issues. They are also very fair in pricing and I have always paid a lot less then what I was expecting. I cannot recommend this company high enough.

The staff was very sweet and professional.. I suggest if you are in need of an A/Ć company Fulfords is the best way to go...The techs and the staff is amazing.
