Putting our level of pleasure in working with American Waterworks into words is a task that is difficult. We have struggled with water in our basement for nearly 8 years since buying our home. We were told by SEVERAL people that making exterior alterations to our property would take care of the problem so that’s what we did. We spent thousands and thousands of dollars attempting DIY fixes to keep our basement dry. They would work initially but after a short period of time we would again have a basement of water. I had asked around to friends and family and they all recommended American Waterworks. I called to set up an assessment and the inspector was incredibly flexible with our busy schedules. He came out and spent extensive time with my husband and I evaluating our property and our water issues. He provided pictures, written information, and actual examples of the supplies used for their systems so we could physically see what they offer. He was incredibly thorough which is what we needed to make this investment. Since having our American Waterworks system installed we have had zero issues with water. The installation crew was polite, efficient, and quick. I very much regret the time and money spent trying to do this on our own and highly recommend American Waterworks to everyone I know!

Howard - May 14, 2012 (not sure why my name will not appear in the review header) Had American Waterworks repair a poorly installed (by the builder) drain tile system in my home. Old system was clogged in one area and was allowing water into my basement. The AW team was great from the initial review/analysis by Nate to the actual team that came in and installed the Waterguard system. All work was done to spec and while this was a very dirty job with jackhammering and concrete dust the team did a great cleanup job as well. This is actually my second time working with AW as they installed wall anchors last year for me on a rolling wall in my garage. Again, both jobs were done very professionally and to my satisfaction. I would certainly recommend the AW team and would most certainly do biz with them again!

I had some moisture under my carpet and I called to make an appt to have someone come and check my tile system. Forrest was very nice and got an appt set up fairly quickly. Travis came and looked everything over. The system was functioning as it should. There were some minor issues with water seepage. Travis was very helpful and answered every single question I asked, which was quite a few :) The next day he was back and installed the Sani-Dry system. Travis was very efficient and explained everything as he did the install and answered even more questions that I had. He cleaned up what little mess he did make before he left. I would recommend AW to anyone who has water damage or is thinking of getting a system installed. Thank you Travis!

We had an overall great experience! From the valuable office to the hands-on workers on site. During our need for a sump pump installation, we were given honest opinion and recommendations. We worked with Tom Webbles and with his open line of communication helped us get in earlier than we initially thought we would. We were selling our home and one of the requirements was to get an estimate for water problems in the basement. Tom provided valuable insight on what would be best for us and the buyers. He and his workers were very professional, timely and honest!! My husband and I would recommend Tom and his team to ANYONE! From Minnesota to SD to WISCONSIN!! They can do it all and should be your first Choice.

Sump Pump system installed a few days ago...completely exceeded expectations. Fantastic workmanship and customer service. Top notch group from the sales rep (Tom) that bid the project to the crew (Kiko, Raul, Mauricio) that installed the entire system. Really know how to make customer feel at ease with such a large project and investment. Already the driest the basement has been in months. Will be back and write second review once system in place and running for a while. I bought a house with an amazing set of twelve corrective reinforcements in the basement walls. They were installed by American Waterworks 14 years ago. I called, and a helpful, courteous technician came out and explained the system. He showed me how to tighten the brackets and how to tell whether they needed tightening. He also inspected the basement for any problems. He pointed out things to watch and things I could fix. I was happy with the care he put into my basement and explaining things to me. I was also happy with the office staff who helped me on the telephone.

These guys were great. I thought I knew where my problem was and after multiple attempts of fixing I contacted American Waterworks. Unlike other options they did a very thorough inspection and figured out my real issues. I wish I would have started with them, I would have saved a lot of money in the long run. Radon has been a consistent issue in my neighborhood and we did already have a ventilation system installed but the readings were off the charts. Chad and Nate from American Waterworks were great. Hired American Waterworks to install a new sump and Waterguard system along the inner wall of my basement in Rochester, MN. They removed the existing system, were prompt and efficient and hardly left a mess at all. Very prompt service on my sump pump repair!!! Calls are answered on time they schedule a date with estimate over the phone along with some helpful tips to try to solve your problem over the phone. They call if they are running late, the service is quick and professional. Will definitely call them back with other repairs!
