The exterminator/inspector impressed me before he even entered our home. He was very professional and personable. He walked through our home with me showing what to look for with the various types of pests. I learned a lot from him. After walking through our home he was very honest and told us that we were in no need of any treatments for pests. I was afraid he might make up some reason to sell us their services, but he instead gave us an honest answer. He also informed us of not only services they offer, but also of services offered by other exterminator companies. He refused to down talk any of the other companies, but wanted us to know the options and what extermination methods each company uses. The inspection provided was 100% free which was great. Not only can we live in peace knowing our home is pest free, but we also now know a lot more about initial steps to take when we do get them and preventative measures to utilize thanks to the great service received.

We have been with APC for approximately 11 years now and they have always treated us well. If we have had a problem they have always came back and took care of it immediately without question. John has always been pleasant to us as well as the Office workers in Washington and the service techs that perform our quarterly services. Kim Clark has always been friendly to all of us as well. APC has been one of our best service providers.

The men did a very thorough control on the termites. Only could not inspect the crawlspace to see how much damage is done. They have not come back for that so I hope no damage that they got the termites before that happened.
