M&M and Gary Loyd, Thank you very much for the outstanding work you and your company did for us in applying the Radiant Barrier on our home. Listening to the home improvement radio show made us aware and very interested of the benefits of the HeatBloc75 radiant barrier and was considering the move to find a contractor. I was speechless when I got a call from Gary one day; when informed that my wife had won a drawing online for the radiant barrier give-away. I have to admit, I thought it was a gimmick and did research to learn more about M&M Roofing Siding and Windows. All high marks and comments on M&M made me realize that “hey, lucky us” and looked forward to my appointment with Gary. Gary came out as scheduled, took the specifications, gave detailed information on the product and procedures; and setup a time for the application. Mickey and Javier came out and did a fantastic job. The guys were very courteous and considerate and left leaving a very good impression, as did Gary, on the type of company, work and people in place at M&M. My wife and I were not just fortunate in having the radiant barrier, but also in finding an excellent company to take care of our home improvement needs in the future. We will surely pass on the good reference to family and friends; as I already have. The HeatBloc75 has really made a significant difference to our air conditioner’s cooling performance. We are able to raise the thermostat 3 degrees across the board now; and could probably go higher. We worked with M&M after our shingles were judged to require replacement after a hailstorm. We suggested an alteration to the original project (using solar dual-power roof vents at our cost) and M&M made changes, including ordering different supplies to fit the change. We had a few days advance notice before the roofing crew arrived. They were efficient and completed the job in two full days, including a Saturday. Their crew leader was communicative. The roofing crew cleaned everything up thoroughly, including our dusty front porch (which was dusty before they arrived). A company representative visited the following work day and did a visual inspection. A few days later, we heard unusual sounds coming from the roof vents. There was inadequate edging on the roof above the garage. Workers came out to address the edging and took care of a minor problem dating to the original build at no extra cost. Chris Traweek, M&M area supervisor, worked with us on resolving the problem with the roof vents. After new motors arrived, Chris personally installed them and carefully reviewed the operations of the three vents. A year after the storm, the roof looks great and does not leak. The sounds from the vents appear to be gone.

I had my roof, siding and windows replaced by M & M. I would like to say I was extremely pleased with the job. Of course it took differ time to replace each section. I always had their contracting representative Chris answer all my questions and we discussed each and every detail. I was very impressed with the outcome. The construction worker Cesar was also very professional with his job. I would like to say thank you for all the hard work and effort that went into my home. It looks like a new home. I had Hardie Stucco siding placed and HD roof shingles in charcoal color and Bronze color windows. Again thank you for a job well done. This starts another accomplishment for this year. It has been nice to work for a company that you believe in and that you know is honest. I really enjoyed working with Gary Loyd and he has taught me a lot about the roofing business.
