I thought all of the moderators were friendly, knowledgeable, and clear in their directions and explanations about what they were looking for from us. They really listened to us. asking for clarification to our comments when necessary. This helped to lead and open up the discussion. All seemed well prepared and very thorough in addressing issues that could/would come up in a trial. I felt comfortable sharing personal experiences that had shaped some of my opinions. I did not detect any judgment or bias (leading) coming from any one of them when addressing the facts of the case. All in all, it was an interesting and enjoyable experience and I look forward to the possibility of being called for another group. Lunch was delicious. Thank you for this opportunity. FIVE STARS!!

Our legal forum group was exposed to scenarios surrounding three separate pending lawsuits. The hosting legal team was very professional, congenial and accommodating to our varied cross-section gathering of individuals. The subject matter of each lawsuit we discussed shared a similar central theme. We were invited to engage in group, as well as individual points of opinions without being subject to any ridicule or biases. I would highly recommend participating in this enlightening legal experience!

I felt like he even made it more enjoyable and interesting because of his personality. He was very concerned that we are comfortable and had everything that we needed water, candy Etc.

William also had control of the room so we stayed on topic and tempers never flared up between focus group members.
