I would not recommend this attorney to my worst enemies. It was over 20 Years ago and $85,000,000 lost because of this guy. The story is still stuck in me just like how it happened yesterday and all the pain it caused. My mother had gotten her finger bitten off by my jealous Aunt all in the name of money. Because my grandmother whom was dying of cancer, left my mother her house and all her money. My Aunt was very angry along with both of my mothers 2 brothers. They completely changed after my grandmother past away. They wanted what was not theirs. They had all gone and forged my grandmothers signature so they could be executives of my Grandmothers will. Of course they had brought their attorney with them who was buddies with them since High School. So, as you can see they were up to no good. When my grandmother was on her death bed, they forged her signature, so that they can be exectives of my Grandmothers will. My mother was upset about what had happened and ignored my aunt during the wake of the funeral. My aunt attempted to throw a hot cup of coffee in my mothers face for being ignored, but, My Mother blocked it by her hands and then my aunt bit off my Mothers pinky finger and spit it out and laughed with her husband (along with my mothers other brother and wife) So, we called the police and my aunt was arrested for assault (she bit my mothers pinky off and spit it out). So, that is when we called this piece of crap attorney up to fix things. we were promised 1 million in settlement and we even had the State Of California on Our side. Brian Brandt not only lied to us, deceived us that we will win this case which was for $1 Million dollars. We Lost the case. Yes, You heard it right, we were the Plaintiffs with the State of California on our side. Now this piece of crap has somehow turned our story around making us the bad ones. Like my Mom never even got her finger bitten off. Now, we were the bad guys. This guy did not even stick up for us in court as we were being attacked by the other attorney and all his lies, he stood in silence. Brain Brant, along with the other attorney worked out some kind of deal $$$$$ to make Brain silent and not defend us (We, were the victims here). They also put my brother on the stand, which is illegal because he has a learning disability, Brian Brandt made sure that the other attorney take advantage of this moment. How low can any human stoop, by taking advantage of someone with a learning disability? is beyond me and just pure evil. We found you in the Yellowpages and back then there was now way consumers could make reviews, they would just have to live with it. Well, here we are 20 years later, Thank god for the internet and allowing consumers expose rats like you. The anger and pain you have caused my family is something haunts us til this very day. You, completely put a scar on our family and made us loose Millions of dollars putting our trust into you. You sold us out all in the name of money, shame on you. I can only pray that god will have mercy on your soul, Vulture...

I have read the reviews and I am wondering what this guy did to get them, first off they never respond to your calls, the receptionist always says she will have the attorney get back to you or get back to you herself, however, you never get a response, here I am months and months later, I finally reach the receptionist who informs me that the attorney settled my case, how can he do this without consulting me about anything, my medical fees were directly taken from the settlement, his fees were taken, in the end I was left with nothing, still in pain and still some bills left to pay, I was at no fault whatsoever and it was proven, this guy is a con, I am considering taking him to court, STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!! He is nice in the beginning but after you sign the documents he is a real jerk. Looks are deceiving
