Charles and his team are our own personal superheroes (with Charles leading as our Superman!!!) I can not stress enough to anyone that is ever involved in a work comp claim to give them a shot. No matter how big or small, they will take care of you. After researching several different attorneys, I came across Charles Cleveland and John Metz. Both of them were highly rated on yelp and very helpful when I spoke with Charles on the phone. He was knowledgable, caring, and never once pressured me into choosing his firm. Even some of the other lawyers we consulted with would ask me who my top choices were and when I mentioned Cleveland & Metz they all agreed that they were an amazing group of attorneys and would be a great choice. Charles was more than generous and willing to help me out in my workers comp claim. Shortly after our steller experiance with the workcomp claim we were involved in a major car accident. After the accident, I was running around dealing with insurance, doctors, appointments, surgery and spending time with my family all while still trying to keep up my schedule at the office. When I finally asked John Metz to be our attorney, he swooped in and helped alleviate some of the stress that had been building inside of us. John was able to put my mind at ease and would do what needed to be done on the legal side and to not only focus on my recovery but also focus on myself. John did more then just the legal side. He actually cared for my wife and I beyond clients. He helped us emotionally and told us how everything would go and not to worry about anything. Charles John and their team are amazing, and in a terrible situation they allowed us to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I seriosuly called like 6 offices yesterday evening and this is the inly one that called me back with useful information. I came across this office because of the great auto accident reviews. My car was damaged bad in a bad accident 3 weeks ago, but the guy had no insurance and i have no injuries i just needed assistance in how to go about getting my car paid and i can honealt say even though the legal assistant told me she could not take my case :( she was such a sweetheart! She seriously directed me how to move forward. I may not have been anle to be a client but i totally felt taken care of. These reviews are legit and the cool part you see the attorney will reapond on behalf of the office. I contacted this place for my auto accident. I was so devastated not knowing what to do. My insurance couldnt help me and the guy who hit me didnt have insurance either. I called several offices and no one was able to help me , or even give me direction as in to what do do or how to proceed with something about my pain and totaled car. I spoke to the lady who answered, I think her name was Marlyn, she directed me to the paralegal who worked on these cases. The paralegal was able to guide me although this wasnt a case the attorney could take because there was no insurance and some time had passed. I just wanted to say thank you for not shutting the door in my face and for giving me the clarity an guidance. ( Sorry, I dont recall the paralegals name who assisted me with my car accident). So, im actually big on reviewing seafood and dancing, but I havent done either in a few days, so Im gonna post about THE BEST ATTORNEY EVER.. Attorney John Metz is the MAN... My fine looking attorney was recommended to me by a friend out in the IE but she told me he was soooo good that I should hire him even though I live in LA. His staff found me a doctor near my home in the LA area and I talked to attorney metz on the phone a few times and then met him in court.. Those pictures dont lie... too funny I have a crush on my attorney but he was very patient with me and talked to me about all the doctors in my case and how much my case was worth. I got more money than I than I thought I would. If I could give him 6 stars, I would.

I had a work injury in June 2013. It was denied and I researched attorneys. Mr. Cleveland had the highest reviews and I took a chance. Wow, was I sure glad I did. One year and 2 months after the injury my case was resolved and my award was much greater than I expected. Mr. Cleveland is a very humble and intelligent individual who I highly recommend. When I had questions, I would email him and within 24 hours I always received a personal email from him responding to my questions. His office is very good about sending messages and notifiying you if they are in need of any documents from you. He is definitely the best you can get in Southern California.
