I had a wonderful experience with Richard C and his crew. Worked on a very tight timeline and delivered only one day past my closing--under 30 days. Other companies told me three months turnaround or higher interest rates for small loan amounts. Also, the company uses a secure email service and is very responsive. Would highly recommend and will use again, if needed.
