Chaucer Park and Perennial Funding made what could have been a very stressful experience into one that was a solid and trustworthy step-by-step process. Chaucer was patient and provided explanations and answers to all of my questions and concerns. Chaucer helped me to trust the process; one in which I felt many uncertainties in the beginning. However, the results of continuing with the entire refinancing process and working with Chaucer turned out better than I could have ever expected.

Perennial Funding - first time working with a broker versus a mortgage company. Michael Ramer was professional and prompt with return e-mails/phone calls. There were too many repeat contacts for yet again another form to be signed or paperwork requirement. The need to develop a concise checklist to be provided to the applicant at the beginning of the process.
