Very disappointed. Banked here for several years, loved it. Referred many people to bank there. Up until yesterday would of given them high points and 5 stars. I have a few good accounts there, paid off a car loan early. Decided I would go to them first to purchase a new car. I was confident that due to my history with them and my credit that it would be a slam dunk. Long story short, I was wrong. The interest rate was horrible. I could not talk to a loan officer and when they did not care that I would change banks if needed. Well I will change banks this week. Loyalty and good customers means nothing to PSCU. I was treated like they did not even know me and I was a walk in from the street.
