The sales reps, Paul & Keith, we're professional, well informed, polite, and respectful of our time. They refrained from high pressure tactics or artificial gimmicks - they trust the product and know that quality products sell themselves. They are customer sensitive and will educate the potential customer to whatever extent is needed for the consumer to make an informed decision. They would rather a buyer not purchase the product then for them to feel "cheated" or deceived down the road. As for the installation, the technicians showed up on-time. They came prepared with all of the materials needed to do the job. They quickly and efficiently prepped the house to ensure there would be no residual mess, they quickly did a very professional job, they invited me to inspect the product and work, they then quickly cleaned up and out. Within half a day, the field team was out to check the work, answer any questions, and confirm that the consumers' after installation feelings remained good about the purchase. We will definitely use HomeFix for home fixes, repairs, and improvements in the future. Thank you for making this home improvement painless and positive!

From the moment of 1st contact in early January 2015, by Torry, on the canvasing team, he helped me carry a large purchase into the house, I have had an excellent experience with this company. We made an estimate appointment for the following week and met our Sales Manager, John. He educated us about the history, products and services that Homefix can and did provide. He made our selection process so very easy, then he and the owner of the company left no stone unturned to secure the financing that we requested. Our 16 windows and sliding glass door were made to order and the installation was done in early March. Henry, Jorge and Carlos showed up on one of the coldest days and were determined that everything be done to our satisfaction before they left. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. It took the entire day, but when they left around 7pm, everything was perfect! The very best part happened yesterday, when I received my new power bill- it went down $100! When we are ready to do more improvements on our home- Homefix will definitely be my first call!

although most of the work they did was good, they did not finish it. On my original contacts with HomeFix I asked about would they replace the trim as well and I was told "of course". I was told by several people that the trim would be part of residing my house. They did not finish the trim, installed extra pieces of trim that are incorrect according to the Town Of Reston and the HOA. Homefix refuses to come out and fix this discrepancy. Several people assure me, prior to installation, that correct trim would be installed.

Professional service, on time, responsive to requests, management was flexible with scheduling around our busy work schedule. The window guys and roof guys were polite. They cleaned up every place they went and by the end of each day there was not a nail in sight. But best of all the workmanship and products were really top notch. This was one of the best decisions I have made and the whole experience was excellent.

We had a door installed by HCR and had a great experience. The quality of the door is wonderful. The install team arrived on time and was very professional to deal with. The workmanship of the install was great and the team made the process a very easy one as they kept us informed of everything along the way. We set up an appointment for 11am, they called the night before to confirm. Yes we will be home, we were told they could be up to 30minutes late and need 45 minutes. Still fine, expect to see them the next day. 11am comes and goes. As does 11:30am. 2 minutes before noon we get a call. They made a mistake imputing our info and they mixed up the times. I find this extremely unprofessional.

Excellent Forman and crew. Steve, George, Eber, and Julio did a great job. Steve answered all of our questions and George made sure that everything looked great. The crew cleaned everything up as they worked and was careful around our landscaping. And the windows look great! They added metal flashing to the molding trip that was causing problems as soon as they found the problem.

I contacted Glen at Homefix today and requested a repair on my roof he stated only complete replacement, no repairs but I asked why there website said replacement and repairs couldnt answer I called for a roof repair and hes trying to ask me if I have any other projects. I would recommend Homefix to everyone I know and have. I love my house. We replaced the windows, siding and roof. I acknowledge the salesperson was not well informed, but once I got to speak with the actual people performing the work they were amazing! My husband and I will use them for all our work.

Absolute joke. Their price was more than triple other quotes I received, and they were also the only company to send a salesperson instead of someone with real knowledge of how to do the work I required. They probably do good work, but with their prices...will never call again.
