This is a horrible company to work with. If for some reason you choose to do business with them ask for termination fees and to disclose all the fees. You do not accept anything if you don see the agreement. They will give you a $ 350 Early Termination fee Monthly fees and others. Is a 10 page agreement. This is a very bad company for merchant, be careful. Persons attending tend to envolatarlo one. He did not explain the costs real way. If you decide to work with them never accept anything without seeing the contract, especially in digital purchases. They are not going to show the entire contract and then will assure you that you signed the 10 pages it brings. Between what he says in the fine print is a fee for early termination and costs 350 dollars per month. Great care. I do not recommend for taking advantage of people.

VERY MISLEADING COMPANY! READ THE FINE PRINT! VERY OVERPRICED & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We are a small business & when we started out we signed up this company due to good online reviews. We very quickly found that even on our slowest months they were charging us over $600!! We were told twice when signing up that there was no contract but when we tried to switch to a different company they told us we were under contract for 3 YEARS! The new company saved us $400 a month but these guys keep charging us $45 every month despite the fact that we have cancelled their service. We sent back our equipment & a cancellation form twice but these guys claim they never get it so they can keep charging us. After multiple calls & emails WE ARE STILL GETTING CHARGED!! When you call they just take a message & promise to call back but you never get a call back. This is without a doubt the worst company I have ever had to deal with & customer service means nothing to them apparently! If I ran my business the way they run theirs I would have been under years ago. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!

the termination fee this place charges is not only not mentioned at time of sign up but is the main reason they get so many negative reviews. why they think its worth charging this ridiculous fee just to get so much negative customer feedback is really hard to understand. here and on the rip off report is filled with negative feedback and makes them sound like a rip off which they are for having this fee. this is basically sticking it to you if you want to leave. but the only sticking is to themselves, they must lose so much business to this issue after prospective customers pass them up. do yourself a favor and pass them up yourself. you will eventually leave for other reasons and they will stick it to you as well.

The Sales Rep was not honest telling me there is no obligations to terminate. The contract was for 3 years with termination penalty of $350. Sent me email that there is not PCI fees. After a few months the per transaction fee went up 0.08 to .10. After another few months there was a $40 fee for PCI, $9.95 security and some other $4.95 fee. When I called they told me to do PCI verificiation and would return 3 months of $40 fee. After doing that they only gave me 2 months. When I cancelled the service I was slapped with a $350 termination fee which was in a very small fine line in the contract. Very Deceptive and Dishonest. STAY AWAY.

About 6 months ago, I partnered with Leaders Merchant Services and from the beginning, my questions and concerns I planned out (due to a previous HORRBILE experience with a different merchant company) were thoroughly answered with great customer service. Eventually, I narrowed down my selection of devices that would work best for me and it came down to the Mini Clover Station. It’s been working AMAZINGLY for me and my business. The touch screen is large and easy to use not to mention wireless! Transactions have been going extremely smooth and I couldn’t be happier with my choice to sign with up with Leaders.

I should have given negative stars if they were available. I signed up with Leaders Merchants after their sales guy told me they would charge 1.99% for credit cards and 0.99% for debit transactions. He also said they will not charge me for the PCI compliance fee. First statement I received from the company: there was a $195 charge for PCI compliance and worst each transaction had a fee of more than 10%...I asked them to close the the merchant account: I had to send them three requests!!! They have horrible customer service - sign up with someone else..

I have only had this company for two months and its been nothing but a nightmare. The company I work for is an auto group, high dollar. They refuse to let loose company funds, we have a 30-50,000.00 batch per month and lock the money in their risk department as an excuse to hold on to it for longer than they should. They invest other peoples money to earn interest. Now they have decided that I need to contact their attorney before they will release company money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ITS A NIGHTMARE.

I would give them a 0 rating if I could, this company is a scam. They took hundreds of dollars out of my business account and will not return it and I have never done business with them. I filled out an application so I could get there fees and costs for doing business which I never got. Next thing I know they have stolen $600.00 from me and I dont take kindly to theft and bad business practices. This is not over, I will sue them and find every blog I can to warn people about Leaders Merchant Services.

Many problems with this company . from termination fees, to checking report without my permission. Used digital application which changed several times while processing. Not my signature on final page. Had to request application copy sent to me as well. Will file several complaints the FTC consumer protection bureau. Stay away from them had to close my checking account so they could not process fees. Complain to all agencies that you can to get your money back.

I own a day spa, processing about 30-40 transactions a day. And these aren’t small $$$ transactions either. Before signing up with Leaders Merchant Services, I was dealing with device problems, customers problems because of the devices and customer and device problems because of my merchant services. After years of dealing with so many issues, I did my research and finally settled with Leaders Merchant Services. I couldn’t be happier. Amazing team and products!

Not sure if this should even be a review, since we never started service. Called them because they were the highest rated on one of the comparison sites. Did not like the fact that they quote with complicated statements and contracts. Went with a PaySimple account instead. Follow up is, the sales guy called back with a high pressure call that ended in him insulting me and basically calling me stupid for not choosing Leader.

Aside from a few hiccups, the experience has been overwhelmingly positive for my business. The new system is so much more convenient than what we previously had, and on a few occasions, their reps have been willing to step in to help us out with some issues. Overall, not a bad choice for a new business.

Been using LEADERS for over 8 months now. Been really great so far. We use there mobile application for credit card processing and also the standard swipe entry for our retail store. The prices have been very fair, but I am really impressed with their support team. I had an issue that needed fixing ASAP and they helped immediately. Really glad I was referred to them by a friend.

They tell you this rosy, pie-in-the-sky stuff and when you actually start using their hardware/services, you realize that they are totally inept at their jobs. Tech support is a complete joke. Occasionally, I’ll get a customer with a check. And I used to not accept them but I considered options for checks and Leaders Merchant Services kept popping up. Researched the check imager they offer, called them up, and now I can accept checks. A couple hundred dollars a month does make a difference. Happy I signed with Leaders and got my Check Imager.

Leader Merchant Services is the best credit card processing company in the market thus far! I have been small business owner for over 15 years, and up until I found Leaders 7 years ago, I was changing merchant providers, literally every year. Leaders has been very honest, they charge according to the contract, and their customer service is very great!

I agree with Eric, this company is a RIP-OFF many hidden fees, non-responsive customer service, charge of 1.95 just to inquire/complain about hidden fees when calling customer service. Use any other service but this one for credit card processing. I gladly paid the $350 early cancellation fee after just a few unhappy months with them.

Leaders Merchant Services has made it easy to process transitions on the go. I’ve rarely had an issues completing a transition, but when I did, someone from Leaders was always willing to help me out over the phone. The app is great too. Definitely recommend it for any small business that needs to process transactions out in the field.

Their products were horrible! Leaders knows what they’re selling!

Horrible, horrible, horrible! They were keep stealing money from my account. I had to call my bank and block any transactions coming from Leaders. I asked Leaders for refund and received only small portion of it. Please use another merchant services. Pay higher fees, but at least you know they will be honest.
