I was scared to death. I did something very ignorant and I did not know what to do. I was caught concealing merchandise at a local Kohl s. This was my second charge for Theft in ten years. The first when I was young. I also have a few other misdemeanors.I scrambled to search for an attorney. I had some bad experiences with a couple attorneys i retained in the past. I researched and talked to over ten attorneys regarding this case. Each had their own advice. Ben Luftman was the most realistic and caring attorney who talked to me. He heard everything I had to say,did not rush off the phone,and was sincerely concerned with my concerns. He was always quick to contact me back and was very clear about the agreement and possible outcomes. His staff at his office was always polite and professional. Mr. Sabol actually represented me. He was God send. He was very confident and came prepared. He eased my fears and was so nice. They made a resolution to my case in only two dates. Which was very quick. My charge was dropped to a second degree misdemeanor of attempt with no jail time or probation of any kind. That was was phenomenal. That was a better resolution than I thought I would get. I am so happy that these guys are actually out there and helping people like me and has given us a second chance. I will never use another criminal attorney in Columbus or surrounding area. They are worth every penny and priced very competitively. I also get to keep my MA certification because of them as well. I recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you guys for all your hard work. Mr. Luftman and Mr. Sabol, thank you so much for your expertise and professionalism. After my son decided he could handle his situation on his own with a public defender, the cases dragged from June to October. Finally, I made the trip to Ohio from California to meet with the public defender along with my son to learn the facts of the case. We were presented with the expected resolution which was not favorable. LHA is the most reliable firm to work with when it comes to settling their customers debts. These guys are in the business to actually help consumers get out of debt instead of sending them in a downward spiral like some of theirs other competitors. I work on the other end of the spectrum from LHA which is actually being a debt collector for a well recognized Columbus law firm. Being in the business sometimes forces us to have to negotiate with third parties; and with other settlement companies or firms you get the run around and only stall tactics are used in order to prolong the process. But working with LHA is the complete opposite. You actually see results with in 30-90 days and are always satisfied. I was involved in shoplifting case. It happened late Friday. I was in despair, my career, my family, my immigration status could had been lost. I can not say enough about Luftman and Associates. I had a traffic ticket that had 6 days to 6 months jail time. The 6 days in jail was mandatory. I was very afraid and would not be able to explain to employers why I would need this time off. I called Ben Luftman and he said he would do everything in his power to keep me out of jail. Not only did I not spend one day in jail, I received no points for this moving violation and there were no fines. I only had to pay court cost. I was just looking to stay out of jail, and they went so much further to help me. Ben and Chase always treated me with complete respect and got back in touch with me instantly whenever I called with concerns. I highly recommend Luftman, Heck and Associates. They answered my call promptly and I had decided to use a different law firm. Ben Luftman offered a second opinion and spoke with me about my case anyway. After our initial conversation, I went to his law firm and had an in depth discussion about my case. He seemed to be much more confident and blunt about all possible outcomes than the other lawyers I had spoken to. I had been charged with OMVI and paraphernalia. Mr Luftman assured me that they would do everything in their power to get the charges dropped. It took about a month to get back to court after the arraignment which I did not have to attend personally. Mr Luftman took care of that. About a month later we went to court. Fast, Quick, & Thorough! I received an envelope in the mail and contacted L, H, & A that morning in which case my court date was that morning. I was being falsely accused of a Protection Order Violation 3 times. I was very upset to the point that I was crying and a wreck because I had a warrant put out on me by my ex when I tried to evict her. I called Luftman and Associates after reading the reviews and gave them a call. Ben listen me for about a hour bawling my head off. Dan first off had the warrants put to the side and fought for my case and won. The part that really stood out to me was when at the end he told the judge and the prosecutor that I was really inocent which showed me he really cares. I would use them again
