Chad Banks has represented me as a lawyer in many different cases, he has always been very on demand. He has been more than a lawyer he has been a great friend. I have beat cases that I had no clue how I was going to get off. He is very knowledgeable. I was charged me with a DUI that was reduced to a reckless driving. I was in need of a chance to re frame my failures in life, and Chad banks created the platform for me to make that change. He advocated for me in and out the courtroom. He believes in people and when he does believe in you, he goes the extra mile and does exactly was is needed. I walked into a courtroom spoke to him for a few minutes and he did exactly what he said he would do. He promised to get me home and I did go home. He told me exactly what he could do to help my case. He told me what was going to be difficult and what the worse case scenario was so that my decisions were extremely informed. During and in between court dates Mr. Banks was very responsive, he answered calls, and really took the time to learn who I am. As a lawyer, he placed himself in my life, in such a delicate way. He took the time to understand me and my situation before he made any moves. He did not make any moves without letting me know what was happening. He kept very close contact with me. Mr. Bank also saved me a lot of money. He was very direct. I know others that have spent thousands and thousands of dollars fighting their case. Mr. Bank was right to the point. No funny business. I can honestly say I got the ENTIRE BANK FOR MY BUCK!

Back in February of 2015 the cops raided my house and I got arrested for possession of 60 grams of crack/cocaine they charged me with MAN/DEL/POSS W/INT SCH V and MAN/SEL/POSS W/INT 1OZ-1K COCA. My father made one phone call to Chad and I was out the next day on $40,000 surety bail and never stepped foot in the ACI, he got the jail time of 14 days that comes with being charged with intent waived. For the next 8 months I had conferences in court which Chad was always there on time and ready to answer any of my questions. Chad got me an unbelievable deal, he got the original charges amended to two charges of MAN/DEL/POSS W/INT SCH I/II and the deal went to a jail sentence to 10 years probation and 10 years suspended and then he got it dropped down to 5 years probation and 5 years suspended. I thought it was as good as I was going to get but he kept fighting and got it dropped to just one charge of possession with intent to deliver and he got me an unbelievable deal with just 5 years straight probation. I just want to thank Chad for everything he did for me and he will get my business and any of my family and friends business and I would recommend him to anyone.

We were referred to Attorney Bank from a family member who had used him in the past. My brother was arrested at 130 am for a DUI. I called Mr. Bank at 2 am & he actually answered the phone. He said he would call the police department & call me back & he did! I told him that we were not financially stable & he was very understanding. He said not to worry & suggested we meet him in court the next morning. He was in court first thing & showed concerns about my brothers case. We discussed the financial responsibilities & he made a payment plan that suited us. He worked diligently on my brothers case for the next 2 months. Attorney Chad Bank was amazingly helpful and provided me "peace of mind" on an unexpected turn of events on a late Saturday afternoon in March 2015. A close family member was arrested following an accident and charged with driving under the influence and a refusal and was being retained at the Police Station. I called Chad immediately after getting this news and he was very responsive and calming and facilitated her release within a few hours. This was a life- saver as she was undergoing chemotherapy treatment and spending a night in jail was not acceptable. It gave me great relief to be able to bring her home. In addition, he helped her throughout the entire legal process and was able to get the DUI dismissed. I am grateful to Chad for being caring and extremely responsive. He was very knowledgeable and his expertise and guidance throughout the process was wonderful.

I called Mr Banks after reading reviews regarding his specialty in DUI cases. My boyfriend and I spent a day on block island. He was arrested and charged with operating a moped under the influence of alcohol and refusal of a breathalyzer. Mr banks responded immediately to my call. He agreed to take on the case and Handel the matter. My boyfriend is a father of four and drives for a living. He has never received a ticket in his life. We reside in mass and knew we needed to seek legal advise. My boyfriend walked out of court with a reckless driving charge. A week later he received a phone call from Mr Banks that the refusal was dismissed. Mr banks fought for him and as a result he was able to keep his licenses and his job. Chad is a amazing lawyer and magician because he works magic in court rooms. I hired Chad when my husband was charged with a capital offense. My hopes when hiring Chad was to make sure my husband didnt do to many years in jail. I still cant believe that Chad came out of court to tell me that my husband is coming home today. Chad had the whole case dismissed by finding a tiny microscopic mistake made by the police. This is why we hire lawyers! I hired Chad in 2012 while I was sitting on a felony violation for a shooting charge. He reviewed my case, and let me know that I just had to sit for a while, but that he will take care of it. So I sat in jail for two months on the violation and he got me out on bail. While I was on bail I caught a DUI and violated my bail and violated probation again. This was on a Friday, Chad made a phone call on Saturday to the police department and they released me on PR. My next court day was in four days for the violation for the bail and my re-violation of probation again and for the DUI. The judge held me for five days, when I came back to court the following week, Chad got me released on time served, everything wrapped up with no probation. This man is a beast.
