I met Attorney Simonian in July of 2015 and whenever I think back all I can do is smile. We all know trying to find an attorney who is personable and empathetic is almost impossible now. Well, after my first consultation with Attorney Simonian I knew I hit the jack pot because he is just that. For instance, what Attorney do you know would let you call them at 3:00am in the morning when Wells Fargo sends their repo man to reposes your car. The repo man was determined to take the car and I was determined that he wasn’t. Thankfully, Attorney Simonian advocated for me and I got to keep the care, especially, since it was necessary for my job. Also, there weren’t any surprises when going to the hearing(s) with Attorney Simonian. He kept you informed of what was going on, throughout the bankruptcy process. Another thing, you didn’t have to keep calling the office and no one would call you back, you always got a call back. But, for those of us who preferred our questions or concerns addressed via email it’s available and the response time is quick. Also, I don’t want to overlook the assistants in the office either, they are just as friendly and helpful as Attorney Simonian. So, If you are looking for a bankruptcy attorney I highly recommend Attorney John S. Simonian, he’s the best!

When you finally realize you can’t pay the debt you have incurred, it’s embarrassing, and you feel like a failure. I am writing to express how grateful my wife and I found Mr Simonian to take care of our needs. As everyone knows there are a lot of attorneys out there to chose from. We found Mr. Simonian in the phone book from the first time I spoke with him I felt very comfortable with the way we were treated. He was very thoughtful and sympathetic to our situation. The first meeting we had with Mr. Simonian we meet at his office and we spoke with him regarding our situation and it was such a relieve speaking with him and him understating and helping us make the right plan of action for us and our family. He was very though and explained what our best option would be. He guide us through every step and even in court all went as he stated. Atty John Simonian was recommended to me by a friend and coworker. At first I was so hesitant and nervous and didn’t want to claim bankruptcy and thought I would try and fix my debts myself. I received a collection letter that was a 15 year old debt that I never thought would come back to haunt me, but it did and that’s when I called and scheduled the consult. I was nervous, kind of humiliated and embarrassed by my situation, however I was treated with nothing but respect, he was very consoling and explained to me the whole process, and what I needed to do.
