When we were rear ended and our car was totaled my wife and I each suffered whiplash and she a concussion. Taking our case to Schoenfeld & Schoenfeld was the best thing we could have done. Working with Karen and the excellent staff there made the chaos of our trauma livable. They were always prompt, professional, and exceedingly accommodating. We received communications from them on a regular basis with various updates. At the end we were rewarded with the maximum possible insurance payout, and they initiated further legal actions on our behalf. I was hit on my bike and needed an attorney to help me recover the medical fees. After Karen Schoenfeld got her share of the settlement she ducked my calls and avoided contact with me. I was eventually sent to collections for the rest of the medical bills. I would avoid this firm if you have alot of medical bills, they only care about getting paid not making sure you are covered.
