Do not use Stewart plumbing from southhaven Ms!!! Not BBC accredited. We made the mistake of calling them today. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Rip off. Last year we bought a brand new top of the line hot water heater. The "tech" tried to say we needed a replacement for a pan. Just got an estimate for over $2,400 (we have a rip off $274 yearly service plan!) Our toilet was running and has drip. Repair price? $340-after discount. We declined. Called another guy he fixed it for $50. Other "recommended needed" repairs were neither recommended or needed. Service plan covers annual inspection. Worthless. Just another attempt to rip you off. Best is woman said they would credit the balance of our annual contract so we would be released from it! I just checked-we prepaid this!!! So forget a credit Also they obviously have people filling in bs "reviews". Look careful. When you see a negative suddenly it is buried in bunchesof great reviews. If you use them when they rip you off TELL EVERYONE get rid of this business.

I have experienced bad business ethics from bbb I was once a business owner and they have slandered my name after several attempts to resolve the matter by email have many consecutive times have called to see if they recieved my response but Constantly getting the answer that they have not recieved my response and gave my former company an f rating they need a bbb rating on them I had two complaints on my company after the fact my company has been closed since 3-12-17 By code enforcement but yet i get a bad review They have to complaints with mine on their review So the bbb of mid south has an f rating cause they have two unanswered complaints themselves on their reviews Ps please if the bbb has been unjust with you and your company put a bad review and give them an f rating by typing it ouy like i did
