I initially contacted Wysocki law firm last year asking for extend reinforcement to fully resolve my case. Everybody I met was great, I believed I put my faith in the right team. Mark Clasby was assisgned to help me with my case, he explained everything thoroughly, not only did he reveal to me my available options, but also he did not push me to commit to any services I would not like or not suitable for me. I made my choices in firm foundation of trusts, I believed Mark is the right guy for the job and Wysocki is the right team to handle my situations during this difficult time. We kept in touch via emails and texts, Mark answered every questions I had with awesome manner, he advised me to make the best decisions possible before any other unnecessary actions. I had no trouble communicate with him nor the team, at all. They even corrected their oversight after I sent them one message prompts them to check. My case was really easy and Mark was with me for roundly three months made sure everything was done correctly. Even after I was set free, Mark went above and beyond to make sure that I can seek further helps from the right people, the next right teams, whom practice other laws than family laws. I truly appreciated everything Mark and his team have done for me and helped me with my case. I cannot find the right words to describe how I feel to have my life back and I can go on with endless possibilities await. Thank you, Mark Clasby! Dear whoever making wrong statements try to defame this team, I recommend you to stop doing so, they are the best and it can only go up from there, your attempts are futile.

I recently found myself in the middle of a very complicated divorce situation. It was a thing of nightmares. To add insult to injury, the opposing party/counsel resorted to some fairly ugly measures to position me in an unfair light before the court with severely adverse implications relative to my ability to be present in the life of my child. I was determined to fight for my son’s best interests against a formidable legal adversary but recognized the inherent biases and risks with Texas courts which tended to favor mothers for possessive custody even in questionable circumstances.
