Recently we had the unfortunate opportunity of dealing with the firm. If you are looking for a firm that will not return your phone call, take 2 years to settle a small simple case, expect you to do all the work, and then lie about the amount you are getting then this is the firm to go with. We did more work than the attorney did, we never got a return phone call, and the attorney didnt actually ever really talk to us he was always gone or busy so his associates did. It was a nightmare not to mention from the time it started to the time it ended we were quoted the amount of our check and told it would be no less than that if anything more..well when we showed up to get the check it was $500 less without explanation. This is by far the biggest disappoint..we will NEVER get an attorney when injured in a car accident ever again after this expierence. This law firm is a good example of why attorneys have bad reputations.

I would highly recommend McDivitt Law Firm and more specifically attorney Stephen Longo! I slipped and fell on ice leaving a private residence after a baby shower, which caused permanent damage to my elbow, shoulder, and nerve system. Once I realized I could not navigate the legal process on my own, I turned to McDivitt and Mr. Longo. Unfortunately, half way through my slip and fall case, I was rear-ended at a stop light and asked Mr. Longo for his guidance in an under insured motorist case.
