My name is Diane and I recently found out that Gennevieve St. Leger had joined your firm. I wanted to make sure that you knew what a terrific attorney and most importantly the caring, compassionate individual you now have as a part of your legal team. Genneveive can make accomplishing what seems impossible possible. I had the misfortune of being injured in two automobile accidents within months of each other, neither of which were my fault. One in Colorado and the other in Southern California. Gennevieve was assigned to represent me after the first accident in Colorado and immediately began dealing on my behalf with the numerous insurance companies, eventually filing suit against one who wasn’t cooperating, and fought with rental car companies, doctors, hospitals, the attorneys of the other driver’s insurance companies along with providing me her expertise in dealing with other issues as they arose. The second accident complicated things even further, but Gennevieve never gave up and fought the battles that I couldn’t to make sure that I received financially what I was entitled to and needed medical treatment. Having never been in a position like this before I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the time and effort she put in making sure everything was “right”, not just taken care of, was incredible. Her attention to detail is unmatched and the personal attention I received was outstanding. She always answered my calls and returned my emails. Gen was always there for me if I had questions or needed her intervention. I am truly grateful for all of her time, patience and effort she put into my case and seeing it through to resolution. I have to admit I was vey leary when I decided to retain an attorney to help me with my injury case but as soon as I met with Beth I knew I was at the right place. She made me feel confertable and there was no pressure to sign anything. It was the opposite. Her concern for my health was genuine and instead of a pressure selling pitch she told me to go take care of my health and come back when I was ready. I did exactly that and I am glad I did.
