Our impression with an initial mortgage broker left us feeling lost and confused. Not knowing what to do, we turned to Yelp for some ideas. We chose RPM because of all the positive reviews. We scheduled a meeting with Jason. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Although we told him we were not ready purchase a house, he was very patient and answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. During our meeting, we mentioned that we had a previous short sale and were concerned about how that would affect us. He was very transparent. He explained the different types of loans, and the pros and cons of waiting until our non-FHA "qualifying" period, which would be in November. We had a tough decision to make. But we walked out of that meeting confident that we knew what to expect. After careful consideration, we decided to wait until November. However, our landlord unexpectedly notified us that he was putting our rental house on the market in a month. We thought it was a great opportunity and decided to purchase our rental. We contacted Jason to schedule a second meeting. He was very prepared and understood our need for urgency. He brought worksheets to explain different scenarios and his pick for us given our situation. Jason basically held our hands through the entire process and ensured the process went as smoothly as possible. He was prompt with returning our calls and kept everyone on schedule, including us. We are happy to say that we were able to close on the house before the set deadline. Jason and RPM were top notch throughout our whole purchase process and we would have no reservations in recommending RPM to any of our friends and family members.

We are writing this review for the truly exceptional service provided by Jason Ramos, relating to the recent purchase of our home. The effort put forth by Jason far exceeded our expectations and shed a new light to the word, “customer service.” Before the purchase of our current home, there were multiple homes that we thought about purchasing, with each one luckily not coming to fruition. Every time Jason would be readily available on any day, at any hour, prepared to crunch the numbers and present us the financing behind each deal. This required him to regularly take weekend trips to his office to provide us the financial analysis behind each home. When we finally found our ‘dream house’, Jason was once again on call, on a weekend, providing us what we requested in an extremely timely and professional manner. So much so we were able to submit an offer within two hours of us looking at the house using a combination of a first loan and a HELOC. We ended up getting a great rate in a rising rate environment and closed in barely over 30 days, which is very tough to do with two loans. We continue to be impressed by Jason’s friendly professionalism, and attention to every detail post purchase of our new abode. His ability to make a potentially stressful event stress free, with the same successful results, is something to be commended. As long as Cascade/Pinnacle mortgage continues to offer the level of service and results put forth by Jason Ramos, it will be our pleasure to highly recommend both Jason’s service, and the company’s offerings, to any and all potential home buyers and sellers. Our experience with everyone at Mortgage Reel was phenomenal! We currently live in California and were looking to purchase a house in Washington. Our realtor referred us to Steven and needless to say we’re very pleased with the outcome. We primarily worked with Steven on gathering up all of our financial statements. He made sure that we provided all of the necessary documents so there wouldn’t be any surprises when we went to get the loan approved and funded. We started this process in October/November before we found a property. On December 4th, we found a property, but the seller was planning to pull it off the market that day. Fortunately our realtor worked with the listing agent and was told the seller was willing to entertain our offer if we would be able to closed before the end of the year. This is where is got a bit crazy. Steven told us a less than 30-day closing could be done, but it would be tight with the holidays. Wow, is all we can say. Not only did Steven work hard to make this all happen, but so did the entire Mortgage Reel team. Everyone we worked with ensured we were on track for our closing date. Jason and Kendal kept us updated on the status and stepped in when Steven wasn’t available. Purchasing a property can be exciting and stressful, but with the Mortgage Reel team on our side, we were able to go through the process successfully and without the usual stress and back and forth many other people experience. Steven and Jason communicated very clearly with us and laid out all the steps from beginning to end. We appreciate all the hard work of the entire team on making our purchase successful.

Several months ago, I received an offer from Chase Bank to re-finance my mortgage. Sounded like a great offer with a lower interest rate so I requested the documents for signing. As I reviewed the paperwork, I discovered a few math errors and I had questions regarding escrow. I contacted Chase and after several frustrating phone calls and e-mails with no resolution, I opted out of the offer. They both always took the time to explain everything, and were so friendly, personable, available and giving with their time, it was really a great experience working with them. My fiancé and I are first time home buyers so of course we had a lot of questions and concerns throughout the purchase process. Steven and his team managed to make this transaction easy for us, by answering every question we had and making sure that all the pieces fell into place to close on time. We were doing a VA loan, which tend to take a bit longer but Steven was able to get us closed in 33 days! Also we were able to sign our loan documents a whole week before our actual close date, which was good because escrow missed a few things that we had to resign! Steven’s attention to detail and fast response time, made it happen. I would recommend Steven to anyone who is interested in purchasing or refinancing a home. We will absolutely use him again next time we buy.
