We had quite a few hurdles to jump through to obtain a home loan, and we tried 2 others lenders before finding Truong. He walked us through every step (no real estate agents involved in the transaction) and was able to get us a better APR than either lending institution we tried before. We used a VA loan with 0% down and he set the whole thing up. The seller was less than helpful, so he shouldered a lot of extra work and still managed to get it all down and stay in close communication through the whole process.
