Horrible customer service. Purchased car that was advertised with the key, came to pick it up and key is not there. Tried to spoke with the manager, but this ignorant man start yelling that its my responsibility and they are not going to do anything about it. I have no idea how I could be responsible for his stuff misrepresenting cars. They key is not even an issue, but the attitude to their customers and absolute unwillingness to help.
