Polite. Respectful. Helpful. Knowledgeable. The lady that I spoke with helped me straighten out an issue with my insurance company on a medical bill and got them to pay the bill! What more could you ask for from a bill collector? I would give her and this company 10 stars if I could!

I have never been treated so rudely before. I know they are a collection agency. I was simply trying to pay them and all she could do was argue with me. I would never use them to talk to my clients. Even the clients I have to turn over to collections. Do not recommend.

These dummies apparently sent out hundreds of "mistake" letters asking for money in mid June 2017. Called to find out what I "owed" and the rep on the phone was extremely rude. Check the validity of the claims for debt these people make- they clearly make BIG errors.

These people called EVERYDAY when I answered they hung up the phone, unbelievable. i called back to find out the meaning of this, and the rep started a verbal argument with me. This is the literal definition of harassment. I am considering a lawsuit congrats

Some lady calls me telling me I owe them $15,079. Demands I give her my social security number to verify the debt, sounds more like a scam to me. Never give out your information to anyone over the phone. Always request a letter verifying the debt.

Made numerous attempts to get these folks on track. They answer with form letters ignore facts and are really just shills for their clients. They made so many errors it was almost comical.
