It was my first time buying auto insurance and they walked me through it very patiently. Im on a very tight budget and miguel helped me to split my down payment into timely sections, answered all my questions and was very helpful. I dont know what kinda agency this used to be but i see no signs of third-rate activities or anything like that. Dont let older bad ratings deter you.

Agents Mail box is full. No direct email to company. They charged my checking account with out my authorization for 30 days prior to renewal date. Their phones all go to Voice Mail. Once they get your down payment and signed up that ends any service or follow ups.
