It would have been nice if there was a sales clerk that knew what they were doing. The kid they had working had no clue about anything other than how to ring up your purchase. It was pretty poor service. Then when it was pointed out what was needed and he went to go to the back to get the piece to complete the purchase, after learning the difference between a clip and a bolt, he stopped mid-point and turned around like a deer in the headlights. He needed someone else to apparently watch the 3 customers in the store, because he knew we steal a bike.

Went for a nice harley ride this past weekend.. and the Harley broke down.. it was a simple fix but monroe harley still had to.come to Winslow IL to pick it up... had the best customer service .. the friendliest people and the most reasonably priced merchandise for any Harley store... thanks.to all of the workers that helped ... they got us back on the road and we got to continue our ride.... thanks again.... hats off to the greatest harley store around ... TAMMY HANSEN-BETTS
