I have been a client for 6 yrs, finally got my holdback check and apparently there were 2 liens, one to medicare and one to cigna.. I am 37 so I dont even qualify for medicare and Cigna is my current insurance company and they are saying that they never put a lien on my settlement. I tried to contact Davis and Crump and was told whoops, it meant to say United Health Care not medicare but that Cigna says they are owed for lesions on my ovaries and an appendectomy. When I explained that having cysts on my ovaries and my appendix out had nothing to do with my bladder sling, I begin to get the run around and then was told to call Garretson Group about it, yet she had no idea how to contact them. Laura, a legal assistant that had been so nice to me for a year was suddenly short and cold then Davis and Crump mailed me a letter 48 hrs later that said they are closing my case and will no longer help me... Meanwhile I am missing over $6000 and I am pretty sure that they stole it..

Settlements,class action,Lawyer,Law firm,Paralegal,payout,STAY AWAY,Terrible,Liars,thief,,,this firm represents the basic belief of how crooked lawyers exist,,Paralegal Susan Gavagnie is Rude,unreliable and manipulating,Davis and Crump both have no concern for the clients. This firm could very well be practicing the interest bearing procedure,where they get paid now on cases and hold back payment to the client until last moment,and no way to prove the true amount. I have Lawyer knowledge and have handled many cases. This firm did a very wrong action towards me regarding a class action medication lawsuit we were in coordination together. Bad Firm.Also these TV add firms are actually working for the Company Defendants posing to be on your side when the true intention is to get you a Low settlement on a gauranty case.

I filled paperwork for a class action suit. They harassed me with having to sign paperwork immediately for almost 3 years. Every couple of months I got updates and new paperwork to sign. I have tried to call them for over 1 year now because I havent had any updates and no one will return my phone call. If anyone else has found out what action we can take please let me know. Terrible.

I was also told I won my class action suit and would be getting my money at the end of last year. No word, no replies to my email. Did they get their share? Probably. I will be taking this to the next step I guess by contacting someone to look into them. When I am a client, and they are supposed to be representing me, I want representation, not silence.

When you enter a class action suit, and WIN money you NEVER see it. You NEVER hear an update on where your money is. I received one letter stating I would see in a specific time frame. It has been years now, which is WAY past the original time line. They are not a good firm. GO elsewhere if you want to actually receive the money that is rightly yours.
