He might not be the nicesy or politest of people but neither is the practice he is in. So all these bad reviews i see here are of ignorant people. James Benzoni is worth every penny he charges, he will tell you the trueth and he will do exactly what he says. I went through 3 lawyers and he never made me regret a cent i sent him. I refer every one i know to him and he has help every friend that took the chance with him. If you cant handle his additude then you dont deserve a lawyer as good as he is because he is the best i have ever seen and unfortunately i have been around alot.

Spoke with Jim Benzoli on the phone this morning for the first time. He was very impolite, was not willing to listen to me explain my case, and said "I charge $100 to start looking at your case. It will be the best $100 spent of your life. You are not poor, so just schedule an appointment". I said "Thank you for your time", and hung up. Simply unbelievable. Very disrespectful and sounded like a salesman, not a lawyer.
