Saved over $1,200 NOT using these guys . . . I rarely take time to post bad reviews on yelp/google , but this place is seriously a group of crooks. I had a simple repair. Their “technician” that seemed more like a sales guy told me it would take 4 hours to repair the issue. He then proceeded to show me a handwritten quote on a blank sheet of paper – would not hand me the quote. The quote ended up north of $1,300 with all kinds of “possible” additions – with the guy stating at least 2x, that it will probably be end up at $1,600. I told the guy since when does plumbing cost nearly $700 an hour? I told him I am not a plumber, but I can fix this myself – just did not want to mess with it. He proceeded with another line of BS, I assume he thought I was just another “sucker”. I think he took offense to me asking, why should I pay a plumber $700 an hour – he became agitated turned around and walked off without saying a word, I followed and said. . did I ask you to leave?. Got in his truck and did not say a word . . Called another company, they sent someone out 2.5 hours later (with the tools he needed) the entire repair was $385. 1.5 hours and $68 in arts. I guess plumbing is around $200 an hour these days. Years back I remodeled my previous home’s kitchen and bathroom(s), so I have done plumbing and aware of the cost of materials. Plus I have done quite a few repairs or updates in my current home. I truly feel for folks that do not get a second opinion, these guys just try to screw over people that are in pinch. BTW, I know there are two sides to every story but another contractor heard the entire fiasco and stated, wow I can’t believe how that dude just turned his back and walked out???

Eddie arrived at my resident at approximately 10:00 pm on a Friday night, December 23, 2016. He introduced himself and immediately started looking for the hot water tank leak. After finding it he advised us and showed me the leak at the top of the water heater. Our water heater was 12 years old and bottom line: we needed a new one. Eddie gave us the estimated price and after picking myself up off the floor, agreed as I knew it was going to be relatively expensive from other friends who have had theirs replaced. We made arrangements to have the new heater installed the next morning. First though, I must point out Eddie advised us he was going to have to turn off the hot water to prevent water running under the wall into our front room, but he would wait for us to take our evening showers if we had not already done so. This was very thoughtful on his part. After we did so, he turned it off leaving about 11:30 pm and telling us he would return the next morning between 8:30 and 9:00 am with the new heater. Sure enough, at 8:45 am he was there and he and another employee immediately started taking the old heater out and installing the new one. The other employee left and Eddie finished up the somewhat complicated (because of government rules and regulations) installation in a couple of hours. Eddie was very professional and friendly. He obviously knew what he was doing. Would certainly recommend Eddie and his company. One other thingy, the other employee who assisted Eddie in the take out and put in was also very professional and friendly. Believe he was management, but not sure.

The guy was very nice but I feel he did not do what we paid him for. He was to do a tune-up of our air conditioing system. That includes cleaning the coils. Lubricating nessasarry parts and giving me a 23 point inspection and a refrigerant refill if needed. He washed the outside coil with water and basiclly told me we need a whole new system. I asked him if he did any of the things besides rinse off our outside coil and he said no he didnt. So, he didnt do anything. So we waisted money for nothi g. We knew already we would have to replace our system soon but the tuneup was for maintence. We paid for services and got nothing. I asked flr an eatimate on how mich it would coat to fix all of our issues and recieved nothing again. I assumed it would be in the email because that is what he told me and it was not included. Why do men feel when there is only a woman around they dont have to fullfill there job because we dont know nothing? I will not use them again! It was supposed to be a 23 point inspection and on the paperwork je recorded 8 1/2 things he looked at. Then on top of that they were supposed to come threw the day before and they didnt come until the next day. Then they came late but I was told we would be first priority.

They teach in Academia U. that customer service is what separatesFortune 500 companies from Chapter 7 companies. They are absolutely right! Multiple follow-up calls from WAPP preceded my time slot. The on-site tech, Adolpho is the kind of service-provider young techs and apprentices should emulate. He arrived on time, looked professional, spoke with professionalism, and gave me a brief recap regarding what he was going to do as part of the contract I have with WAPP, including estimated man-hours. I in turn showed him the problem areas and with a cool calm demeanor, basically indicated no problem. About 2 hours later, he was finished. He even fixed a few problem areas that would have been financially negotiated by a less company, whose only goal is "transactional" profit, not "relationship" profit, which for those with any inkling of what a good business model is, recognizes this staple as the difference between paying out employee bonuses or not. Very very good job WAPP admin. and especially Adolph. Christmas Bonus time for Adolpho. If not, nice salary bump.

I am giving the 5 Stars specifially for Robert who came out to do a follow up service. It tooks us about 3 tries to get someone out here. Our appointment kept getting cancelled. I was ready to cancel the appointment all together and not ever deal with this company again. However my boyfriend Eric insisted we take the follow up appointment. I am glad we did. Robert did a great job at correcting mistakes that were done previously when our unit was installed. He took his time and explained to us exactly what was going on with our a/c unit. If it were not for his great service I would have left a negative review. The company on a whole lacks the ability to hold themselves accountable when an error is made. Individually though Robert is a great employee who did his job right. I want to be clear that he no way tried to bad mouth the previous work done nor the company. He was very professional. I am taking the time out to write this because he truly is a great employee.

I have done business with this company and I am always satisfy with their services. They young lady picking up the phone, Brittney, is always very professional and courteous. The technicians are always fast at responding to emergencies and honest when providing the diagnosis. I recently had an emergency issue with my water heater and Preston was the plumber who came over and had everything ready in case he had to install a new water heater. Unfortunately, at no fault of his own, he was not able to install it because we had to get the approval from my insurance company first. I am currently waiting on the approval from my insurance to have a new water heater install and I will fight them with a tooth and nail to have this company install my new water heater. I know that if something goes wrong in the future, they will be there right away answering my calls. I will not hesitate to call them again in the future.

We had a small emergency due to a plumbing issue in our bathtub and shower area. This problem was further problematic since our problem occurred after 6pm on a Friday. We called Wills All Pro Plumbing on a recommendation from a friend. We were not disappointed as they had a man at our home within 90 minutes of our phone request. Roger was the technician sent to our home and was professional, knowledgeable, and work diligently on our problem. His commitment to helping us solve the issue was critical and allowed us to resume a normal weekend. Roger was honest, hard working and determined to solve the problem. We were impressed and it was not lost on us how quickly Roger and Wills All Pro plumbing service responded to our dilemma on a Friday evening after normal business hours and went above and beyond our expectations! Thank you Roger and Wills All Pro plumbing!

Abigail happened to call me earlier this week thinking I had to get my water heater serviced. I mentioned that I had it done in May, but I did need a tech to inspect the A/C as it was taking a long time to cool down the house in the evening. I thought it was either the compressor or something related to the repairs that were done in June. She scheduled an A/C tech to come out the following day. Adrian arrived an hour than my scheduled window time (I got a call from Dave ahead of time) and listened to my concerns regarding my A/C cooling slowly. He confirmed my suspicions about the compressor on the outside unit. He tried cleaning the coils to see if it would help reduce the load on it; alas, it did not. So I will be having my compressor replaced on Friday.

Carlos arrived just after 10 am. He was very professional. I showed him where the water had accumulated at the corner of my house, next to the driveway. Carlos identified the problem correctly right away. He estimated the cost to repair the broken connection on the main service line. As he dug up the area to discover where the break in the line was, he noted the presence of tree roots surrounding the broken line. He repaired the water line break, cleaned up etc. After flushing the hot water tank, Carlos took a picture of two items needing replacement. He did a very good job and guaranteed his work for 1 year. He told me about the "Club" plan and I will save up to join sometime next year. Rate him as a superior provider.

I had a leak in my water main and they were able to get out the same day within an hour of calling. John Bessent was professional and courteous and explained what he was doing. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time. I thought the price was a little high but I did not do any comparison shopping beforehand since I needed it fixed quickly. Overall, John was fantastic, the repair was completed quickly, and price was probably average. They do waive the $69 service call charge if you have them do the repair, and offered a discount for writing a review and a military discount which we appreciated. The work was five star but the price is the only thing that drove this review to 4 stars.

In the face of an emergency water discharge from our old air conditioner, JR responded on a Sunday in July to to try to restore the unit. When the problem recurred a little later the same day, he returned to the house. He did what he could to keep it up and running. But in the end, the unit was too old. He was very helpful in guiding us through the process of installing a new unit. The company worked long and hard to keep us comfortable in the shortest time they could. When Fabian and his partner came to install the new unit, they worked nonstop in the heat and until 10:30 p.m. to make sure the unit was finished and that we could use it that night. Extraordinary service.
