I have to write a review about Jasmine Nacrur. She returned a previous call in to another agent, but assured me that she could assist. And assist she did. She answered all my questions regarding my billing and the changes we made to our house and car insurance. She was very knowledgeable and efficient. She even reviewed everything above and beyond my questions. I must tell you that I could not be more than pleased with the staff at Eric Ponce office. Jasmine is just another excellent reason to stay with State Farm.

I would highly recommend Nancy Hastings from Statefarm (Eric Ponce) in regards to investments and financial accounts. Being 21 and somewhat unfamiliar with the the many options offered, she displayed patience and thorough explanations to my inquiries. My meeting with her was pressure free and she was more then willing to accommodate me at my convenience. From the moment we entered the front office, we were greeted by Sandy and quickly escorted back to find David ready to work with us. He is courteous and super knowledgeable. David knew exactly what we needed before we did! And there was no over-pushy salesman experience. I have already referred three friends to this office, and they love it as much as I do. Debby Hamilton was exceptionally helpful recently when I called to ask about ways to lower my auto insurance premium. She was able to give contact names, locations, and phone numbers for Mature Driver courses so that I could renew my discount. She also persuaded me to try the Drive Safe and Save program. She was friendly and informative - an excellent representative!!
