I have been using Crowley Insurance Agency, Inc. for all of my insurance needs since I moved back to the area several years ago. Mike Crowley has handled all of my insurance needs, but when I call the office and Mike is not available, I always know that someone in the office will be able to help me in a friendly and professional manner. Everyone that I have talked to makes me feel welcome and confident that my business is important to them. When I first started using Mike for my insurance needs, he gained my confidence right away with his knowledge and the care that he took in finding the right policy to fit my personal needs. I honestly felt like he treated me like family. My son Matthew, owner of Yards Apart LLC, also uses Crowley Insurance Agency, Inc. for all of his business insurance needs. Mike has always taken care to ensure that the business is always covered with the proper insurance, changing insurance policies to fit the needs of the business as it grows. Matthew also has Mike handle all of his personal insurance needs. I would highly recommend Crowley Insurance Agency, Inc. to everyone I know. The office is easy to find, everyone on staff is welcoming and professional when I stop at the office or call on the phone, and most importantly they are knowledgeable, responsive and affordable.

The absolute worst and most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. Went thru them for business insurance. Never receieved any paperwork regarding that insurance or any futher bills. Then contact them only to be told the insurance was cancelled for non payment. Do NOT recommend these people. Wonder of I even had insurance in the first place, or if I just got scammed.
