My father and I went to insure our tractor and Trailer with no previous accidents or tickets whatsoever and with so many years of tractor and trailer driving experience. This lady came to us and asked how she can help us and we told her we wanted to insure a truck. She took our IDs and came back after more than 1hr and told us we have to make deposit of $30k cash front to get insured. I looked at my father and he looked at me back and we both asked the lady $30k???? She said yes! We laughed at her and said it is suprising!! and we left. We called other insurance company we only made $3000 deposit to get insured for both our truck and trailer. We thought Haylor, Freyer & coon dont accept black people or muslim names in their insurance company. We will never come back there again!

I received a quote from another agency that seemed like a better deal price wise, my NYCM agent looked it over and broke everything down item to item and compared the prices for me, my agent is wonderful! The homeowners insurance has way more coverage that the basic plan. My agent was fast, courteous, and very knowledgeable!
