They basically committed fraud with me. I was hit in the back by a semi and the idiot lady who was handling the claim talked to the other guy and told me that he said there was no impact between my vehicle and his and because of that they were not going to cover the damages, which that contradicts what the police report stated. On the police report, the officer said there was impact. Then she said there was nothing that could be done when the other guy refused to provide his insurance to her nor the police officer, which they should have stepped in and paid for the damage since that was the policy we were on. They chose not to. They are crooked to a T, DO NOT HIRE THEM. Go anywhere else because they really should be out of business with what they are pulling. .

BriAnne Sparrow is an amazing agent. I looked at all the big insurance companies and nobody could beat their rate or even get close. When other companies were telling me what was good for me, Sublimity and BriAnne listened to me and made the changes I wanted. I cannot stand companies that do not get back to you and this one is not one. They get back to me every time in lightning speed. If I were you I would stop looking and just hire these people. Ask for BriAnne she will help you!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would have. They have the worst claims department that I have ever dealt with (out of two others). They repeatedly were rude and condensing throughout the whole process. they were siding with their insured because "they pay us to represent them".
