Best customer care I have received from an insurance company yet. I talked to Mitch who answered the phone about auto advice for an hour. He did not have to talk to me about this but wanted to help out as much as he could (and just was a great listener when I was unsure of what to do). Definitely would recommend doing business with them. Always professional and caring! Great rates and coverage I might add as well.

I was hit by a customer of theirs almost a week ago! I had to contact my insurance company to get them to move on it. Still no one from this company has called or emailed even thought their customer called first thing to submit claim! POOR SERVICE for such a big company!
