I recently bought a new house and that spawned me to shop around for new insurance. I compared 3 companies and ended up choosing Nationwide. I am so happy with the service I received from Judith at Joel Gonzales office. She knew I was in a hurry to get documentation as my closing was in 2 days. She had the quote, explained it to me in detail and contract written up in a matter of hours. She went out of her way to sign me up on all the goodies Nationwide has to offer as a member and has followed up a few times with me answering question I have had. I was with a competitor for 20 years and often thought about changing and now wish I had done this long ago. Not only did she save me money on home owners insurance, I have now learned I have a significant discount on my auto. Way to go JUDITH!!!!

First and foremost, there are no words to describe what an amazing experience I had with Judith. I had never..honestly..never had such an awesome service as I did. She went above and beyond despite the hours as they were closing and made sure I was taken care of. Before speaking with her, I called the office to see about going the next day at a better hour and nope..they made sure I was taken care of right away and got me with Judith whom I appreciate the awesome and detailed explanation of coverage and quote. It is extremely rare for me to rate ANY place or service but they truly deserve it. My mom first made the switch to Nationwide when she told me about their better, cheaper rates but I was very skeptical at first. I thought I had looked everywhere for the best rate with better coverage when I had Esurance but when I bought a new car my rate was about to go up drastically. So, I made the call and they gave me even better coverage with a better price than I had with my old car! I am also very happy with their customer service, they are so nice and courteous. They do their best to find a better rate for you and are very knowledgable. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience with this agency.

I went to this branch to get a quote for my car. Rob was my agent. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient, answering all my questions thoroughly and explaining everything in the coverage while trying to get me the best quote. I ended up switching my insurance to Nationwide that day. Even though I got there towards the end of the working hours, Rob stayed for about 1.5 hours more to end the process, when everyone else was gone for the day. I am very happy with the quote of the coverage and the great customer service that I received. Thank you.

Joel Gonzales Agency was able to save me a substantial amount of money with my home insurance which had gone up at the beginning of the year. My home premium was less with better coverage. I also switched my auto insurance and got more coverage for what the same amount I was paying before. They also found discounts to apply to my premium which keep my monthly payments pretty reasonable--better than with my previous well-known insurance companies.
