I have to say, I am not a Lawyer type of person. For the last couple of years I always went to court by myself thinking that why should I pay a Lawyer when I can go take care of my own things. Now, after a few years I found myself with lots of points on my license and very high insurance rate. I received a ticket a few months ago that hold 6 points and I already have 8 points on my license so I knew that I have no choice but to hire a lawyer because if I am found guilty my license would get suspended. I went to Zev Goldstien office and hired them for this ticket even tho in my head I doubted that there is anything that could be done because usually if the prosecutor sees that I have 8 points already they will not give you a break. I have to say, I am very impressed yo get my results back today with 0 points and a parking ticket. Will definitely come back again and it is well worthed. Thank you!

I talked to several lawyers that could handle a speeding ticket from New City, they wanted a crazy price. I had already reviewed my case with a lawyer in Manhattan who could not handle my case, but indicated the prices were too high and recommended using AVVO to research and request a lawyer at a lower price. After several calls, I selected Zev Goldstein as he could provide the same service with the same possible outcome as all the other lawyers I spoke with at less than half the price . I received a 6 point speeding ticket, that I did not feel was justified. Mr. Goldenstein provided a quote less than half the price of other lawyers. His staff collected the information on his behalf. I am very pleased with the result, 6 points reduced to a parking ticket. Thank you Mr. Goldstein. I would Zev Goldstein and his staff.

I was visiting MYC and was stopped for turning right at a corner I have been turning right at for 30 years! The no turn sign was brand new. The Goldstein firm took my ticket and information and did the rest. I did not have to worry at all about how the system works. I got “Following Too Closely” 4-point ticket. Zev was able to reduce it to zero points and parking ticket. I’m pleased with awesome outcome. Also, I am impressed with prompt attention, courtesy and efficiency of his staff. I was able to ask any questions and was always getting comprehensive explanations. They never let me feel that I’m taking too much of their time. The matter was settled in couple weeks as all needed actions were happening right away. I paid the fee and they did the rest. I would not call Zev Goldsteina professional. Things started out well, but sadly went downhill. If you hire Zev Goldstein, you need to conduct an audit of their billing. Expect a lot of words and little results. I would not recommend this firm under any circumstances to anyone other than the opposing side! That seems to be who they work for from the start, they will simply side with the other side and lie to their clients. As to the dozen of positive reviews on googles, they were just orchestrated by his sons and family members who work in the business...They are fake!!!

I received a speeding ticket while passing through NY. 8 Points and fines. Zev was able to reduce my points to 2 with a non speeding violation, therefore making sure my insurance would not increase also. My costs were $350 to Zev and $243 in fines + certified mail charges.
