These "lawyers" thought I was someone else and called me many times over multiple weeks. In spite of requesting to be put on the do not call list they continued to call - asking for someone I had never heard of with an automated system. When I finally reached a person they were surly and rude...they initially refused to provide the company name and hung up on me. Next call they provided a name, but refused to provide a street address, forcing me to search for it on my own. All three people I spoke with hung up on me without providing a piece of basic information any respectable business would do gladly. I was able to eventually track them down...they are a very aggravating group of people. Do not do business with them.

This is a scam. When i get toll notices it is from express toll. I dont know if "northwest parkway" is under that, but they send me a very different letter then the one i received. And it gives u, i believe, 90 days to pay(i cannot remeber at the moment). The car was my license plate but under my boyfriends name instead. Someone else noted a similer issue with there mothers name instead of theirs. Do not buy into this, scammers get a very basic amount of info on you and use it against unknowing people. They get exceedingly "clever" at it until you ask too many questions they cannot or will not answer. Some even hang up on you.

I received a collection letter from this so called Attorneys at Law office asking for 50.05 due to Northwest Parkway. However I never recieved any initiate bill nor notice from Northwest Parkway before. The collection letter with ridiculous amount is the first thing I received from them ever! I already filed my complaint with BBB and on the process of filing complaint with general attorney office against Northwest Parkway. I strongly recommend other victims do the same thing.Their billing practice is shady and deserves a formal investigation. If anyone is going to initiate a class action, please count me in.

These people keep sending me a notice of outstanding liability for a car that was repossessed. There was a meter violation on this car like two years after it was repossessed. Not only that not only that they have down there it was a Subaru when it was a Jeep. I just sent them two weeks ago through the car had been repossessed with the date it was. So now all the letters are in my new address which they did not have but the letter I just received was my new address and he tried to claim that the post office change it. They are a bunch of liars trying to scam people out of money. I will be getting a lawyer

They called me claiming that I owed an insane amount of money for a toll I supposedly took from two years ago. This is absolutely the first time I have heard of anything at all. They said it was my fault that I did not know I was being charged and that I never got a bill. Since this was the FIRST notice of any bill at all, I offered to pay the original bill which was $3.50, but they said I owed over $77 because I was sent to collections without my knowledge. I will not be bullied into paying this. Reported to the BBB.

I received a collections notice for a bill I have never received from Northwest Parkway. When I called the number on the collections request from this law firm I was met with the response. "Prove it...prove it...". Prove I never received a letter in the mail. I am not exactly sure how thats possible and as a computer scientist and engineer I understand logic and proof. There is none of that here at this law firm. At some point karma will come back to bite these people. Real bottom feeders of the legal world.

these people are a scam! They are calling me claiming I have an outstanding debt for a toll fee for a place I have NEVER been that is a full days drive from where I live and in a car I have never owned. Nice try scammer!

This is 100% a scam. I just called and they answered at 7:30 in the evening first of all, and then once I told him the information was incorrect on my "debt collection", he refused to talk to me and hung up on me.
