I hired Amanda Everett after a very bad experience with another attorney. It was very short notice (the day before my court date) and after hearing my circumstance she agreed to take the case and showed up in court the next day, prepared, and ready to argue my case. She brought out a past court cases, Mocnik v Mocnik which applied to my situation, which my previous attorney had not done. This significantly raised the amount of child support due monthly. She was able to fight for, and win, past child support and attorney fees. I am extremely happy with how everything turned out and would recommend Mrs Everett to anyone searching for a great lawyer who finished at the top of her class at OU law.
