I am running an ice cream shop. My AC went down on a weekend. Called many companies and nobody could come and fix it. I needed to wait at least a week. Called a big AC company and they tried to rip me off $8000. Thanks God, I did my research and knew that the AC unit was just out of coolant. Instead of recharging the AC they wanted to change everything and that was an expense that we could not afford. A friend recommended Arctic Heating. My partner called them and we got an appointment the same day. The guys ( Mark and Chad) arrived around 6pm. They were very nice and helpful, explaining clearly the options I had and what I would be charged. NO hidden fees and charges. I knew what they will do and what I will be charged. They tested the unit, fixed the leaks and charged it with new coolant and all was back to normal few hours later. I did not know which units were mine, so they got me on the roof with them. I learned a lot of things from them about my AC system. I could tell that Mark and Chad were very knowledgeable and knew how to complete the job successfully. They got my business and I will recommend Arctic Heating to every business owner who is looking for instant gratification when a AC unit fails and you needed fixed ASAP.

If I could put zero stars I would. Unfortunately about a year ago my air conditioning unit had broken and I needed a new one. I called arctic and the lady I spoke with on the phone set an appointment for me and told me it would be a free estimate. Few days later the technician showed up told me my unit could be repaired but I should buy a new one instead. He told me the bill was $99 for him coming to my house. I told him that the person on the phone said it was a free estimate he told me to "call the office". When I called the office all of a sudden there was no such thing as a free estimate. Needless to say I gave them my credit card information on 2 occasions and for whatever reason they forwarded my information to a collection agency and now I get threatening phone calls. Needless to say if you need a new unit or a unit repaired there are several other companies who offer 100% better service and at a more affordable cost. Never had issues like this with any company. (P.s. Collection agency guy is a jerkoff and talks to you like your scum) thanks arctic.

We had both the Heating & Air Conditioning System replaced in June 2015. We purchased a matched Lennox High Efficiency Gas & Heat Pump System. Prior to deciding to purchase this brand & selecting this dealer, I had obtained no less than (4) other estimates with other companies/brands. IE: Trane, Carrier, Bryant and American Standard. In compairing the cost, efficiency, warranty etc., Artic Heating & Air offered the best across the board. By selecting them to replace our system, we saved several thousand dollars. The removal & installation of the new systems took approximately 2 days & there were no issues. Their 2 man team, showed up on time, were friendly & cleaned up. They answered any questions & there were no problems encountered. The systems have been running without a hitch. I believe I made the "Right Choice" when I selected both Lennox & Artic Heating & Air.

I am very impressed with Arctic Heating and AC in Berlin, MD. I needed to replace my old heating and AC unit and I could not have chosen better than Arctic. From the start, with our first meeting with their Sales person, he accommodated our crazy schedule, answered all of our questions, and worked with us to schedule a date for the install that worked for us. The install technicians for our April 14, 2017 installation were professional and very hard working. They put in a full day and did not leave until the job was done. There were challenges with this job and they overcame each of them. Then the office staff continued to help us with registration of the warranty and filing for REBATES! We will be continuing with Arctic for our maintenance and are very happy that we found this excellent company.

We have been satisfied customers of Arctic for 20 years. They have kept our heat pump systems in top working order by very proficient and conscientious biennial maintenance. Arctic has responded quickly and competently whenever we needed quick repair service. Arctic recently installed a new heat pump, thermostat, and air purification system. The technicians did a magnificent job and explained all features of the new system in an understandable manner. The new thermostat is state-of-the art and maximizes comfort and efficiency. The salesman spent a lot of time with us to ensure we got the best system for our needs. Best of all, Arctic gave us large discounts and arranged for a sizable Lennox rebate. We have always found Arctic to do its very best to meet our needs as customers.

I had Dustin come out day before blizzard, my house was 54 degrees. He spend an hour diagnosing a non existing problem, his time was spent being on the phone or in his truck. He then tells me I need a new heater, which will cost 4200.00. In addition, he charges me 150.00 for the service call staying it was a state of emergency charge. Scam. I declined his offer, I had another HVAC company come out for a second opinion, Chilltrol One Hour charges me 89.00 for evaluation which took 5 minutes, and the problem was a 350.00 part with service charge. Thanks to Mike I had heat throughout the blizzard. Attic tried to take advantage of my situation and was going to leave me freezing for the blizzard.

We have been using Arctic Heating and Air since we moved into our house 9 years ago. Our heat pump units are on an Energy Savings Agreement which technicians service every 6 months to keep them working efficiently, and gives us the peace of mind in case anything should go wrong, we can call 24/7 for repair. We also recently had one of our original units replaced with a new Lennox heat pump. Andrew surveyed the house and discussed the various options and benefits with us. The technicians were prompt, courteous, and clean with their installation. They had it working in 4 hours! We are always pleased with their level of expertise. Love the warmth and we love Arctic!

We just want to say how satisfied we are with Arctic Heating and Air!!! We needed a new Heat Pump and decided to put in The newest system that is offered from Lennox.The xp25 and new air handler. We went from a 12 seer to a 23.50 seer efficient unit. We have already noticed our energy bills have gone down since new system was installed. The company was very prompt. The owner of the company came over and explained the new system with us. The installation team was very professional and explained how to work the unit, and completed the installation in one day. We have recommended Arctic to friends and family. VERY GOOD COMPANY!!!

This year, our 20 year old system finally failed and it was time to replace our heating and cooling system. Good service, on time and reasonable prices. Both technicians I dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable and did a thorough job. . Annual service contract is a good deal from my experience. I have this on my 2 heatpumps. Contract gives you 2x per year system check, cleaning etc and good discount on labor is you have a breakdown.
