The entire experience with Tri County from beginning to end was extremely positive. I cannot say enough about the level of professionalism exhibited by all of the employees we came into contact with during the new roof installation for our home. I appreciated the fact that the written estimate was detailed more than any of the other estimates we received from their competitors. The operations manager, Sean, was very accommodating when he came back for a follow up visit to ensure the installation was satisfactory. I had mentioned that the attic storage area had noticeable debris from the installation of the new roof, especially on my personal items that were stored in the attic. Sean offered to schedule a crew to come out and vacuum up the debris left behind in the attic area. That is what I call above and beyond and I really appreciate the effort. I hope this review is helpful to those folks looking for a reputable company that is fair to deal with regarding such a large and important purchase for their home. If you do chose to give them your business, ask for Omar and his crew to do the roof installation, they were most efficient, and appeared to perform their roofing skills very adeptly. The only reason I know this is because I spent a lot of time watching them perform their jobs from beginning to end over the two days they were here.

Butch listened to what I wanted for a new roof installation and scheduled an appointment immediately. He arrived ahead of schedule, with product sample, explained process of installation, and the lifetime limited warranty of product and labor. It was my first new roof and I needed to make sure clean up in the backyard would leave nothing to entice my cavaliers to chew and swallow! He was available for clarification on questions that came up later in a timely manner. Just before tentative day to start the job we had stormy weather that delayed the job by only 1 day. They kept me in the loop and were here the next day with Donald, my super Sup and team of workers tore off the old and began the new. Donald Knew how concerned I was about my spaniels and he made sure before leaving, the area was cleaned up for a timely return in the morning to finish the job. The attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and customer service is easy to see why they earned Master Elite installers for GAF. I wanted the best and I got it when I hired Tri Couny Roofing!! Especially want to praise Donald for understanding my love and concern for the safety of my CKCS and was extremely considerate of their needs and well being. I hope I convinced Mark in operations that a quick ROI would follow if they opened a 2nd office in Beaufort, SC.

I am the Coordinator of the Summerville Baptist Church Community Missions Ministry. We replace roofs on homes in the Summerville Area for elderly people who cannot afford to pay for this replacement. .Once a month we replace a roof except in March when we have Mini World Changers. Youth and Adult Volunteers come from North and South Carolina to work with the Summerville Baptist Youth and Adults on Homes in the Summerville Area. This year we replaced three roofs in one day. Tri County Roofing has been major supporter of this Ministry by providing materials during the year at a reduced price and all the materials for Mini World Changers. This support has allowed us to help more people in the Summerville Area. Two of the Tri County employees, Matthew Clark and Matthew Richardson, are regular members of the Community Mission Team. In addition, several of the Tri County employees ; Travis, Rick, Butch, Jay and Rusty worked on a crew for Mini World Changers. Tri-County Roofing did an outstanding job with our roof. They were very professional and efficient. They showed great pride in their work and the quality of the job shows. Manny Martell was very knowledgeable about the products they install and utilize. The estimate that he quoted us is one of the reasons why we chose this company. The other reason was it is a veteran-owned company and we always try to support our fellow veterans. We would like thank Manny for his help in choosing the right color for our roof. We called tri county roofing to fix our roof. The roof was old and was past time to have it repaired. They came on time and gave us an estimate on the roof. We also ask the to repair and repaint all the woodwork outside. They came to the house on time and fixed everything on time. After hurricane Matthew we suffered leaking damage from the roof. We called multiple times asking for them to come and take a look at the issues we had. The company is extremely difficult to get in touch with because they will continue to tell you that they will be out to check the house in 2 weeks. Well 4 weeks later no one. They will be to BUSY to check up in previous customers but will HAPPILY make time to visit NEW customers. Also, they did not repair ALL/ANY rotten wood on the house they just painted over it. Do not go with them please! You will be saving yourself from an unnecessary headache.

Tri County Roofing made the entire roof replacement process after Hurricane Matthew go as smooth as possible. Jay Ouzts went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the process from start to finish, and even came out to my house a second time to meet with an insurance adjuster. Their estimate for when the replacement would occur was extremely accurate (this was during a time when they likely had hundreds of replacements). They even followed up to inspect the job a week later and deliver the warranty paperwork. What could have been a very stressful time following the hurricane was made much easier by Tri County Roofing and Jay. Thank you!

I recently had Tri - county come out to give me their recommendation on my deteriorating roof! I was then called by one of their managers, which was extremely sincere and polite in presenting his analysis. His Name was Rick Litteral who is a district manager. He was awesome and new his stuff, giving a most accurate quote. He had all the answers in the industry with that I knew he was a professional. I would Greatly recommend anyone getting their roof replaced and or siding work. If he could not do what you wanted he would put you in touch with Reliable personal no doubt!

Tri-County Roofing provides the best service and most professional work in the Lowcountry. The salesmen are courteous and able to print estimates/contracts right from their trucks. No pressure is involved and they explain the contracts and warranty very clearly so it is easy to understand. Roofs are installed in one day with complete debris cleanup. A follow up inspection insures that the job is complete and the customer is satisfied. There are many roofing companies in the area but if you want the best, call Tri-County Roofing.

Their quote detailed exactly the work to be performed as I requested in my bid request without trying sell other products. I dealt with JJ Outen. They matched their competitors price and their communication was excellent. My shingles were special order. JJ kept me informed as to there delivery date and scheduled the job accordingly. They took great pride in the job and treated my house as if it was theirs. Tri County Roofing is a great company, and we will never use another for our roofing or window needs. We had all of our windows replaced a couple years ago by them and now our roof after Matthew blew off a bunch of shingles. Rusty came out and met with the insurance adjuster, and they handled everything. The guys worked almost non stop for a day and a half and the roof looks great! You can tell the difference with their quality of work.

One in-person visit to the office location to request an updated quote, two e-mails to the office (one direct to the admin and one through the Web site), and one e-mail direct to one of the estimators. NO RESPONSE over a period of over two weeks. The job is in North Charleston = not far, What rating would you give them? These folks were recommended by my real estate agent. She needs to take them off her list.
