My name is Javier Saldivar. I am very grateful for what Mr. Barrera has done for me. When I first came in, Mr. Barrera was very honest with me. He said he could not guarantee anything, but that he would work very hard to win my case. He told me that in order for us to win the case, I needed to follow his instructions. The case was a very hard case from the start. He told me it would be very difficult, but he would not take a case he did not believe in. We followed all the instructions and we won the case. I got exactly what I asked for. My opinion about Mr. Barrera is he is a very intelligent person that knows the law and if you follow his instructions there is a big possibility you will win the case and once you let him in your life he will be your number one fan.

I will always be grateful for the faith and courage that Mr. Barrera saw in me. He helped me win sole custody of my child in a termination of parental rights case against my child biological father. It was the hardest thing I have ever gone through in my life. I cried many times due to the heartache of being a mother and trying to due what was best for my child. I would not recommend Mr. Barrera as your attorney. He took over Mr. Richard Rodriguez cases after Mr. Rodriguez died. Mr. Barrera could not even remember his clients names nor the court date. Now my son has warrants for his arrest because of that. He is the worst attorney anyone could ever have.
