I would like to give NO STARS... Do yourself a favor STAY CLEAR. I was referred to him by a family member who had never dealt with him but she knew he was an attorney. I was in 2 accidents over a year ago. It was impossible to get anyone from his office to return my call after the initial sign up. My “case representative” Nelson A. nor Attorney Eric P. would return phone calls, emails nor text messages. So here is my experience. • They do not return phone calls, emails nor text messages. • I was schedule for an in office deposition with Eric and when I arrived they told me he had another appointment so a “Jr.” partner sat in and she did not know anything about the case. • They do not respond to medical providers. I know this because I received phone calls daily and now I am in collections. • They terminated doctors’ appointments and did not notify me. I would find out when I would show for my scheduled appointment. When I called Nelson ( I had to leave a message, but he called back 3 days later) he said I do not want to run up doctors’ bills that way you get more money back. • I paid out of pocket for all further treatments • I hired another attorney and they charged $700.00 to give them the file. • He is trying to place a lien on the case, which they did NOTHING on. I know they will finally respond to this saying they did everything possible so I have supporting documents for anyone who cares to see it. The funny part is they finally called me when they received a letter from my new attorney.

Recently I was in a car accident, I was struck from behind and it left my car with a lot of damage and me, in pain. Thankfully, it wasn’t a terribly serious accident, it could have been a lot worse but I was still stressed just figuring out what to do next. My friend suggested getting a lawyer to help handle the situation. Honestly, I had never used a lawyer before but it sounded like a good idea to get one. As she had used the firm of Eric Palacios and with happy with how they had helped her, she of course suggested me contacting them. So, I did. Immediately, they put me at ease by explaining how they would help me: 1) to feel better 2) get my car fixed and 3) get back to my life to where it was before the accident. And they did! They handled everything! I was able to get into physical therapy right away, get my car fixed and even got a small settlement from the situation. In the end, I was left with a very positive experience. They handled all the stressful parts and I was able to get on with my life. Hopefully nothing like an accident or anything happens to me again but I would definitely use them again if something did.

I am giving this Law Firm 1 star because they are a poor excuse for a Law Firm. I signed up with Eric Palacios & Associates and the whole time was coached on what to do and what to say to the medical doctors that they referred me to go to in order to add up the bills to $$$$$ amount. During this time of 9 months, I never met Eric or his associates, every conversation was on the phone. In addition, I felt that they handled my accident case very poorly and even hurt it because of the many mistakes they made in preparing my case to the insurance company. In the end, Eric Palacios dropped me and my case and now I am left with over $10,000 in medical bills. All I can say is that I have filed a complaint with the State Bar and they are under investigation for breaking a few ethics & laws. I sincerely hope if you are looking for a Attorney to handle your accident case to run away and not walk away from this Law Firm because they will treat you as they have treated me and the others that have given bad reviews. You have been warned!

Do yourself a favor do not go to eric palacios My husband and I had the worst experienced with eric this law firm. Only talk to this "case manager" never to a real lawyer, and almost a year later finally we got the check of the settlement which it was settled a few month back, so at the end they kept 66% of the money, not the 33 3/4% as they said, because of " medical bills" that was paid by my husband insurance and they still said they paid for it. Maybe people should get together and talk about all the harm and fraud this people do.

They made sure my husband and I were taking care of and we got our settlement very quickly. Staff was very nice especially my case manager cassandra and frank. They were very helpful, honest, and caring. I was very impressed with how much they cared and strived to make us happy clients. I had a Great experience during a very scary and stressful time. I had the WORST experience with these guys. They are inconsistent in their stories and 4 months later, still waiting for the check on an accident. On top of that, they told me that the check will be issued at xx date. On that date, I called them, only to get told that it will be the next week. this is 16 weeks later....AND STILL NO CHECK!!! NO SOLUTIONS, NOTHING!!!! This is by far the worst mistake ever going with these guys.
