First and foremost, to quote Tina Turner, Katie Riley is “Simply the Best!” She is kind beyond measure, for no other reason than to be helpful, compassionate and informative. Katie is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of insurance, investments and finances. If she doesn’t know the answer to a question, she is willing to bend over backwards to research and find the answer, and without fail gets back to you as soon as possible. Katie is honestly personal and a tactful straight shooter professionally. She clearly and concisely explains everything, and always has a funny analogy to help you understand. Katie has the same expectations for her staff. The staff at Katie Riley State Farm are respectful, knowledgeable, professional and kind. In this pernicious, crazy and impersonal business driven world, Katie is a shining example of human decency, respect and kindness.
