Like a Good Neighbor, State Farm is there! Once again, this State Farm office has proven their ability to provide outstanding customer service and make me feel like a person and not just a number. After a recent car accident, Aaron and his staff took care of every aspect beginning with my initial phone call to their office (on a holiday, no less) to the follow up emails and phone calls once things settled down. It was Christmas; I was out of state traveling to my holiday destination and was involved in a car accident that totaled my car. Upset, distraught, lost and unsure what to do and where to begin, Aaron took charge and gently guided my every step of the way. Insurance details, phone calls, paperwork, titles, car rental, buying a new car unexpectedly, advice, research, elements I would never think of-all of this is not fun and can be overwhelming, especially after just experiencing a traumatic car accident. Aaron and is staff helped me relax, I immediately felt I could trust them and they helped me clearly understand each step of the process. Thank you to Aaron and your team for making an unpleasant situation manageable and for helping me every step of the way!
